- I stayed for 10 days ; so the staff took all measures to make my long stay a good one. On days when there was no hot water, they immediately got that fixed. The mini fridge was very helpful during the summer stay. They even gave me complementary breakfast, which was not included by Booking.com

- The shower wall had some small cracks that made the water seep in to the bathroom area; maybe they can fix that. Something about a constant smell in Indian hotels (its in all hotels, not just this one) needs to be addressed. Dusting/cleaning should be done with clean and maybe disposable cloth...

The restaurant food was good.
The rooms not clean. The bedsheets were very dirty and seperate sheets should be provided with blankets. Not worth money. Charging very hight price for the room but the facility specifically cleanliness of the room is not up tot the mark.

One night the AC stopped working. Also, they were painting the hallway while i was staying there. The paint fumes bothered me a bit.

Well, there was nothing royal about the hotel, also no one came to drop the luggage when checking out, like they did when checking in, that tells you a lot about the customer care. No facilities to give u comfort.
