Location is awesome. Room services was fast . very friendly staff I didn't feel I m out of my town.

Away from town center. Quiet and decent surrounding.

1. No proper check-in facility (through reception). In stead, an individual contacted me on mobile on my way to the property and met me at the venue and lead me to the room. I was asked to pay the entire amount (Rs. 21,298) in advance, providing only the bank transaction copy, in stead of proper invoice with all the details. Had to call him on his mobile as there was no intercom facility in the room. 2. The room was smaller for a family of 4, which was later changed, quite reluctantly, on our insistence. 3. Rooms were not fully equipped. TV non-operative (in first room) . Hot water not warm enough. Toilet seat broken. Room was not cleaned while we were out. Extra mattress was not comfortable for even one person. But two members had to sleep on it throughout.4. No proper room service for food. Had to order morning tea and breakfast only after 8:30am from a nearby (10-15 min on foot) restaurant. The property restaurant expressed their inability to provide room service as "the management of our part of property was different from their part" according to them. 5. Saw number of guests at the reception complaining about the room condition and services provided by the property. 6. Had to leave for home due to some emergency, 4 days earlier than our booking period. However, the property refused to refund citing their "No Refund Policy". Had to forgo almost 50% of our room charge.7. The property name was not the "Vrindavan Suit" but some "Ananadam Clarks Inn". Which was very confusing.

Our stay at Vrindavan Suits was an incredibly disappointing experience that marred our trip. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our time there:First Day:The service on the first day was good, and it gave us hope for a comfortable stay.Second Day:The experience started to decline. While we were out for darshan, the staff contacted us asking for consent to change our room. This was inconvenient and unprofessional, as we were not present to oversee the process. Such requests should be handled well in advance or avoided entirely when guests are not available. After repeated instructions, they left the room as it was, but this incident left us feeling uneasy about the security of our belongings.Third Day:This was the worst day of our stay, and it completely ruined our trip. At 11 PM, the staff shifted our family of four to a much smaller room, which was highly inconvenient, especially for elderly members of the family. The new room was in terrible condition:•The washroom was stinking.•Furniture was broken.•The bathroom latch was broken.To make matters worse, in the morning, the bathroom got choked, and drainage water flooded the room. Packing our luggage and preparing to leave at 7 AM became a nightmare in these conditions. Despite making 30-40 calls, none of the staff numbers were reachable.Checkout Issues:•No staff was available during checkout at 7 AM.•I had to leave the keys with the watchman as we were running late.•The staff called me at 10 AM, demanding payment for the room, which was supposed to be settled during checkout. When I requested compensation for the awful experience, they responded rudely and unprofessionally, even resorting to emotional .

The room is unspacious. And very noisy area . Rooms are making for tins not bricks .

After reaching the hotel they denied to give entry and said that your booking is not confirmed we already gave the room to some other people.However 1 day before they confirmed my booking over Whtsapp.
