Manager was very cooperative and tren to adjust best way possible

Rooms was in very shabby state. Poor Ventilation and utility water quality was very hard just like sea water. Food inhouse facility not available.

Location and staff was good.

Daily cleaning needs to be included, with water and other daily requirement like soap and towel change or refill.

The space is so nice, big room and big bathroom. Dinesh singh, from the reception, was so nice to us after our long day of Holi. They are so nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Everything ,this is a awesome, beautiful,mind blowing hotel . The M.D and the staff giving their 100% to customer.i visited more than 100 hotels international and more than 100 hotels domestic in my age of 59 years . But as per the price of room this is worth and the best hotel in Mathura. I recommend to every one to stay here and it's branches . The M.D Mr Sonu Sharma is the best person who respect every customer as his personal guest . The receptionist Mr Dinesh Thakur is a hardworker cooperative and polite person and ready to help all time . Other staff is also giving a 5* experience of service to all guest .Even the security guard who stay all night giving a treat of tea at early morning 5 am .inside the room I got everything more than expected such as All out for mosquito. I like the location, its bang on main road and near to Railway station and Janambhumi, thats the only advantage.

No canteen, not mentioned clearly about this, rooms were smelly and full of dampness, in the name of toileteries just one piece of soap and towel provided, better to go for some other hotel if you are not adjustable to these things.

The check in was smooth and they accommodated late checkout with half-day rent as agreed prior. The air condition was functional and one of room was cooled than the other. The bed was as expected and lived up to the expectation. The location is excellent as it's bang on the road, though it is hidden behind buildings. The common way was maintained clean and the staff was courteous. The food delivery to the room was allowed as they don't have a restaurant on their own. its value for money so to say overall

The room cleanliness suffered big time. We found cigarette bits in the bathroom, which reflected the rooms weren't adequately cleaned from one guest to another. An alternate room had a strong cigarette smoke odor, so we refused it. the beds were "relatively" clean, but not exactly clean. frequent power shutdown was experienced, which isn't in the hotel's control, but a generator is. Its an OYO hotel so reflected its poor standard with respect to cleanliness. Need to mention the quality of water, it's so hard and saline like sea water, you need extra precaution for bathing. Would suggest to the hotel install a water softener or solar-powered boiled water if the municipal water is of this quality. also would like to suggest differentiating the smoking and non-smoker room.
