Better housekeeping

The hotel was good. Staff was courteous. Dinner was fresh and enjoyable. Breakfast was also good. The restaurant staff was very attentive. All in all it was a decent stay.

Even though I booked a club room, didn't feel like it was any different from other deluxe rooms on the same floor. Had to call few times and wait for an additional bed.

Room was not clean. Floor had tea spilled and full of small pieces of paper. There was tea spilled marks in the bathroom and there were tea leaves side of the sink. I called housekeeping and was told that they would be there to clean in few minutes but unfortunately few minutes never happened till next day when I called housekeeping again. Staff response is slow.

Property was big with plenty of parking space.

Hot Water and WiFi has been designed for average occupancy. Once occupancy peaks, both were not available.2 out of 4 days both were challenging for us.

Poor stay , would not recommend to book.

Room was very costly as compared to the quality of the room. I would not recommend this hotel since the rooms and bathrooms need a major overhaul.Bulbs were not working in the bathroom, food served was cold, staff was not trained to handle customer queries, we had to wait for more than 1.5 hrs to get an extra bed in the room .

Some renovation work is being done in the hotel and there was noise till 9pm. Only veg food in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good. Service at the table was slow.

The entire room window was splattered with concrete droppings. It was an ugly sight to open the curtains. Food was expensive.

Staff were respectful and helpful. Beds were comfortable with good size room. Clean facilities.

The hotel were giving mixed messages about allowing our tour drivers to use the room to freshen up. We were told that they were not allowed to use a room that we had booked. We were told that they could use the guest house but there would only be cold water and then said that there would be hot water but by then it was too late and we needed to get on the road.

cleanliness needs to be improved , toilet was clogged, washroom and room were not clean , bed sheets were not clean, mosquitos , rooms were smelly .

Perhaps we are freak since we are not used to staying hotels in India but could have been little more cleaner.... Not that it wasn't but just could be a little better..... Overall satisfying experience...

Its extremely overpriced. It looks like few rooms that you get when you go to a wedding..so disappointing to stay here.. no proper amenities, toilet leaking, mosquitoes in the room, poor breakfast spread quality.

A good place to stay in Mathura City. Seems like the only decent hotel in town with adequate amenities at a central place. Quiet abode amidst an otherwise bustling city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable beds.

Not all food items are available as listed in the menu so please check before making up your mind.

Friendly staff, very quiet place. The food in the restaurant was very good.

The room was fine but the bathroom and facilities were old and poorly maintained.But overall, I would recommend it as a very good place to stay for two or three days to visit Vrindavan and Mathura.
