Rukmani Inn

If you have your own vehicle, it's location is very good and peaceful. It is proper suite to stay here for days. You can spend your time by jogging and walking in green environment near your room.

You won't get market nearby your room. No public transport facility available near your room. You have to walk at least 1 km for transport. Per day charges of rooms are much higher compare to its location.

Rooms were spacious

It was not clean. There were spinder webs on the roof and in the Drawer. It felt like they did not clean the room after previous checkout.

Breakfast not included, even Tea was no served on time after order.

Bathroom Tap was broken, Toilet kit not available, even after telling the staff. Parking was also in side plot and not proper balancing surface.

Totally Unprofessional

The room booked by us was allotted to someone else and we were told that the booking had been cancelled.Check in time shown is from 1200 to 2300 hrs whereas our booking was cancelled by 1300 hrs itself.I was called just once when I was inside temple and couldn't take call. No message was shown in booking.com. They could have asked for confirmation earlier itself when booking was made instead of capitilising profit at the last moment.Totally unprofessional behaviour.

Rukmani Inn people are opportunist. Inspite of my booking and my agreement to pay advance they didn’t honour my booking.

The bed sheet was dirty & the bathroom was also dirty the geyser was not working properly unhinge very bad experience, don’t book the room

It is in the outskirts away from the city.. hence, it was peaceful and quite mornings.

No transportation available.. u'll have to ask the hotel reception to call and arrange rickshaw or auto.. and the rickshaw charge whatever they wish due to limited options.

Not so clean and toilet facilities are very poor. They don’t provide soap, tissue papers, shampoo, etc they provided 2 sachets shampoo and small soap for the 3 days stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. TV was not working. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Thanks

There is nothing to like there

They are not able to provide any service even basic like tea/food. They even charged for the day which we don't stay. We checkout one day before, but they charged for all days. Hotel is located in a very outskirts and is very difficult to get anything nearby even auto/riksaw.

The hotel's manager did cancelled my booking . Worst behaviour.Me and my Friends reached there at 9 pm and the staaf really behaved very unprofessionally and told us that your booking is cancelled because you didn't pay any advance. Word of advice - Donot make false commitments.Treat with a little professional behaviour

First of all staff is pathetic…rubbish hospitality and staff were so rude…even pathetic is a small word to say them….

Property was not clean at all…the money they charge for a room is not worth at all….and location is also too out you will hardly get any auto to come to the main location…

it was near to Prem Mandir

Walls, balcony, washroom was not clean and up to the mark. they even didn't provide handwash in washroom.

Room size was ok.

Basic necessities missing like, hand soap,towel, electric kettle for winters which is being provided in same money with other properties.In the name of geyser it was not heating water at all, only difference was water came bit normal instead of being cold.

Bad and rude behavior. Thrid class service. Room was so dirty, no one has ever came to clean it out. We've stayed only 4 days but had to paid for 7 days.
