It has quite large and spacious family rooms. Restaurant is quite good.

Location is bad due to the traffic restrictions you cannot take the e-rickshaws from the city to the hotel. The cleanliness was lacking, it clearly looks like their staff is not trained for cleaning properly. There was dust everywhere. The room we stayed in had paint peeling all over the place. The staff didn’t have the room prepared in time. The A/c didn’t work all night, the staff did not inform maintenance of my complaint. Due to the size of rooms and improper cleaning there are mosquitoes.

location was perfect, helpful staff, good food, staff will tell you about places to visit and transportation costs,wil go back soon

The Location is very good. Near to Banke Bihari temple, Prem Mandir is very near & NidhiVan also nearby.

Location was in my case irrelevant as traveled with a small private group by bus.Good, fresh food but staff had difficulty catering for a group

Bathroom was far too old and never felt clean. More powerpoints in the room would have been appreciated

Bed was ok.

There was dust all around the room. The cleaning is something this room misses in all aspects. But the worse thing was the AC . A rotten smell woke me up in the middle of the night. Next morning realized that it was the AC. It was horrible. It was old And full of humidity. Bad experience .

Rooms very large and very comfortable beds. Clean and cool place.

The stay was very comfortable, the rooms were cozy and clean. Nice place to stay with family and friends!

There was No WiFi working in side the room, neither Mobile data some one blocked. Should be, must and very very essential, but the Manager not bothered.

:( WORST EVER experience in my life.The room was small, dirty, smelly, fungus infested . It did not provide the facilities it promised in their website like Safety locker, Mini refrigerator, clean towels good beds, wifi, .....I have been using Booking.com for all my hotel bookings for more than 14 years and this is the first time I encountered such a bad hotel for such a high price. I had booked 2 rooms and they were not cleaned through out our stay. The bath towels were stained and dirty. The bathroom was stinking and dirty. The bed and pillows were as hard as rock. The WI-Fi was not working and we were using our data through out our stay. Only one electric point was found in the room and for charging electronic gadgets there was not even a side table to keep the phones or laptops while charging and so I kept them on the floor in a narrow space. Room had fungus on the walls. I complained multiple times but no response as the reception collected the total money for our stay when we checked in even before we saw the rooms. I paid a whopping Rs 31,067/- for 3 days for 2 rooms and the promised facilities as advertised like Safety locker, Mini refrigerator, etc were not even provided. This hotel stay ruined my pilgrimage trip to Vrndhavan and the experience.Booking.com, please don't have hotels like this on your list. This experience has made me to decrease my trust on booking.com.

Restaurant: It's expensive and tasteless food ! We ordered Chholey and stuffed Kulche, the chholey were half cooked. Ordered for room service for breakfast, order din't reach for half an hr, had to go to the restaurant to have it.

Dear Team, This hotel not given permission for stay there as per booking time u had mentioned that payment to be done at property site, when i reached with family at hotel site, they did not provide room , as per there communication they have no room, i request u don't do this type of booking and ban this hotel ,when i reached Vrindavan with family  time was 10:15 pm. this was much shocking for me and my family after that we gone another place where we stayed at  that time was 11:30 pm.of cold weather,

Size of room and the location near Prem Mandir was Good.

Bathrooms were not maintained ,Heaters were not working, Poor service.

I appreciate the abundance of plants on the property, but I've noticed they lack vibrant green color, and some are decaying, losing their original shape.

They need some staff training. They have to refurbish some of the rooms, and the dining area also needs a renewal of the menus.In the dining area, it's necessary to realign some art pieces near the AC. The fans and AC units need cleaning. It's advised to avoid fixing the area when guests are present in the room, hall, and dining area.Maintenance was ongoing, and there was hammering in the dining hall gate while we were still in the dining area. The electrical panels need to be repositioned, as they are currently too unclean. Additionally, they require attention and should be cleaned.Lower the position of the electric switches is crucial in dining hall.They write orders on hand they should use a notepad. When the Serve the food they just put spoon on the table.When they serve water they said RO water. I think they are trying to being impoverishThey are in the hurry for the bill.Horticulture needs to update.There is a highchair for babies inside dining area but it’s just only one.They should put a sign about cleaning times.They should answer more gently when someone call them from the room. Work on tone is needed.Mouth refreshments on the dining area were moist .

Location was great and food was good.

They could have provided us better rooms with balconies and also a cot to sleep. Though we paid for 3guests one of us was given a bed on the floor and no cot was provided.

The think i like about this property is the location, as it is near the prem mandir about 700-800meters.

The price i have paid for staying here is not worth it. I have stayed at many places and this is the most expensive one still I am not satisfied with the service.

Location is very good, comfortable bed and hot water, great food for lunch.

Generally good, but I think I had to pay 5-star prices for a 3-star property, probably due to the dec last week holiday season.
