Cleanliness:There were bed bugs in the room.We were bitten extensively all over our bodies.

Excellent stay, Rooms were clean and tidy. Host and staff were really polite and welcoming. They also provide VIP darshan at bankey bihari temple, need to contact the property before one day for vip darshan.Property is located in parikrama marg and is nearby all major attractions.

Hotel staff was very polite and coopertive. Clean rooms and good services. It was a very nice experience. Good place to stay at Vrindavan. Near to all main points. If you ask they will facilitate VIP darshan and it's really worth it.

if you are going with Senior citizen ask for rooms at lower floor beforehand.

Very friendly and supportive staff, very neat rooms equipped as described here. Strongly recommend this place. Wifi is fast, bed its big and clean.

Noise insulation is not perfect but the location is nice in the dead end nearby Parokrama road, so basically there was no problem with the noise.

No coordination regarding booking.... I confirmed my stay in morning yet after reaching at night rooms was nit available. They made us stay in a different hotel for the night..... Very unprofessional approach.
