- Already did,was cold all weekend as no one on site to come to my room to get the heat working
- Good size and clean room. Great location and services at bottom of Mt Buller with local bus service.
- The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. It also was lovely and quiet when I stayed, but I could see it would get noisy if you had a family staying next to your room as the rooms are not sound proof. The little welcome tarts in the fridge was a personal and wonderful touch.
Cons -
- The heat.Very hard, annoying and irritating to make the heat work.I was cold all weekend.Failing grade for that for the type of facility you are presenting. Plus you never have a real person on site at the Resort.I personally did not appreciate the cost saving measure you employ by having remote staff.I wouldn't stay again at Sebel Pinnacle
- Food was a little disappointing. Restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday nights in peak snow season. Needed to go back to nearest town 15 minutes drive away. Breakfast buffet only on Sunday and Monday mornings not on return on Wednesday. Ordering and food delivery for Wednesday breakfast was not quick.
- The restaurant was quite overpriced

Staying here was definitely the right choice! We stayed for a night to rest before heading to Mt Buller, and everything about this place was just perfect. The location is absolutely beautiful with stunning views—and so many kangaroos around, which made it extra special! The room was stylish and fully equipped, from the kitchen to the bathroom. We especially loved the little touches like the board games in the room that made our child so happy, and the TV had plenty of great movies too.We wish we could’ve stayed longer. Next time, we’ll definitely come back for a longer stay to explore the area more!
The surrounds and cabins were lovely. There is a lot to do on the grounds and plenty of wildlife. The kitchens were decently equipped.
The cleanliness and maintenance of the spa and sauna facilities was very poor. Part of the facilities were out of working order, the doors were broken where the vents were, there was no signage. There were used contraceptives left in the spa/sauna area and a lot of tissue, dirt and grime. This was especially disappointing as these facilities were the main reason for booking this particular accommodation.
Beautifully set in mountainous environment. Lovely gardens. Accommodation was spacious & comfortable.
No complaints
Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Extensive facilities
The room was not aired out since the last occupant and I was greeted by the smell of fried bacon which stayed on for the next 24 hours. I opened the windows to air out the room but the noise of an air conditioning unit meant they had to be shut. The downside of having cooking facilities in the room is the smell that stays in.
The decor, facilities and general grounds were lovely.
The staff were quite monosyllabic, not a great deal of customer service or hospitality from the one team member that I dealt with (on numerous occasions I ended up being seen by the same person). My first complaint is that booking.com clearly and boldly says in the description for the room that I booked was that it had a BATH! A choice I specifically made, because we don't have one at home and I love to relax and indulge in one whenever I get a chance. Reception weren't very receptive when I went up to the main desk to enquire about where our bathtub was, and the only real answer I got from them was to find out that baths aren't an option at all in the apartments, only the chalets. And was recommended that I go and use the public spa room instead. The spa was okay, but it wasn't the relaxing experience I was anticipating and looking forward to at all.Next, our apartment wasn't overly clean. The shower was mouldy in areas, the kitchen floor was sticky, I found a few quite large random things on the carpet that showed vacuuming may not have been done very well or recently (like a bright blue paperclip!) and my partner thinks the bed was too firm, but that is his personal preference. There weren't any towels available in the spa/sauna room, which is supposed to have supply of swimming towels for guest use. And after having been sent down there because of the lack of bathtub, I found that frustrating and inconvenient. When wanting dinner, we were told the restaurant was booked to capacity for the night of our stay and told we could order 'take away' (note: not room service). It's actually a few minutes walk from the accommodation building to the reception and restaurant building. And by the time that I knew our dinner was ready, walked up to collect it, and came back to our room it was cold.

No breakfast facilities. BBQ few facilities e g sink for rinsing dishes. Could do with basket to carry plates and cutlery to BBQ area. No lift in complex for people with disability or older couples. Difficult for older couples to move luggage up stairs to third floor. Staff at reception should check if older couples are OK to cope with stairs.Could do with a mini bar in room.. If you don’t know not much in fridge a long way from shops. Maybe a vending machine in outside hallway to get food or drink.
It was so peaceful and amazing!
The fact that we had 2 single beds pushed together and I had to sleep in the crack! I did ask for a king bed but obviously they had none! It was uncomfortable and is the only negative about our stay!
Beautiful property, nice pool, lovely restaurant with incredible views on the deck.
The room, the food, the location
The ensuite didnt have a bath mat because you couldnt close the bathroom door if there was one. The bathroom floor got very dirty wet because of the shower and no bath mat
Location, tennis court, mini golf, restaurant food, pool.
Sofa bed really uncomfortable. Hard & creaky.
location was excellent. would love to come back again to experience fully the facilities available
wish had the restaurant working on the day we stayed.
Facilities were really lovely. And well looked after by staff. Also give an extra point for a window that opens....that's my fave in hotel accommodation
I wasn't there long enough to stay for the breakfast (early checkout) 8am till 10am breakfast.
Breakfast and comfy bed
Customer service lacked. Booked at 2pm on a weekdayfor a 6pm checkin and no one was available to checkin. And they didn't have the room/bedding configuration booked.
Big breakfast was average at best
Reception staff very unfriendly, not particularly helpful
shower was awesome location was great very quite and relaxingstaff were friendly
The bed was so hard i was tempted to sleep on the floorThe sofa was far to deep and uncomfortable Breakfast was ok but lacking in choices ie: no raisin toast or marmalade no fresh/canned fruit and the coffee cups were so small it was almost funny
Beautiful environment, stunning bird life, peaceful, clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment with everything we needed. Good quality toiletries.
It wasn’t anything not to like, but I do like a balcony if possible.
Great location, close to Mt Buller. Friendly staff and great facilities, excellent family fun activities including boating, mini golf, fishing, basketball etc. my kids enjoy watching the kangaroos every day and the colorful birds passing by the balcony.
