Falls Creek Country Club

Loved the ski in/out location, close to lifts for a day out skiing, and a short walk to great cafes and restaurants. Spacious 1 bedroom accom with all we needed to make our stay a great one.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was very quiet, but this may have been attributed to the the fact there didn't seem to be many people around.Loved the ski in/ski out. Very convenient having 2 ski storage rooms. Loved the fact that we were able to access our room early, on our arrival, and were able to unload our gear at the front door.The room exceeded my expectations as you provided some little essentials, eg salt & pepper, glad wrap, (although I did come prepared with that).

Lovation would be great if there was heaps of snow but stairs to get to the lifts each day were not fun. Room was comfy but somewhat overheated.

Amazing staff: Judy and Ben were great, they knew how to cheer our 8 year old up with m&ms! Amazing location: chair lift straight out the back door and could ski straight back in the door from the slopes! We brought all of our own food and drinks so we could cook at home when we wanted: no lines, no food expenses, healthy eating. We could warm up and dry off, an hour of chill time for the kids before we got on the slopes again! View of the fireworks on the mountain on Thursday. Will book again for next year!

Great place to stay, very centrally located and always great value. Always love coming back here in all seasons for skiing and mountain biking.

Resort is becoming a little dated - eg. pool and spa area. It could do with a moderate makeover / freshen up.

In house coffee/tea/sugar/milk for one day. I prefer this facility for 3 days .Perhaps you can suggest this to themanager.

Beds n pillows were uncomfortable

The apartment was clean and it was quiet. The spa was great. Only issue was the elevator not working and having to go up 6 flights of stairs with a very large husband who had a leg injury and was very unfit. The staff did offer to assist with our luggage when leaving as we had to carry it via stairs. The staff were great

Location was good, room spacious and well laid out.

A ceiling fan might be a good idea in warmer months.

Location. We attended Feastival which is one of the summer activities for Falls Creek (highly recommend) and it was a short walk into the village plaza to attend.

Initially the watger pressure was to low but a call to the desk solved it.

Location was good

No air-con or bathroom exhaust. No screen doors so we couldn't cool the room without getting eaten. Threats if WE didn't take out our rubish.

Not happy that $500 extra was charged to credit card and held for 2 weeks after we left. Company blamed the bank. I do not accept this as you didn't charge this the previous year, and nobody else charges this fee. It's a deal breaker

Bed very hard. Only 2 singles put together not king single. Not long enough. Could feel th join in the middle

Great location with mountain scenery.Spacious room , with kitchen.

Indoor pool temp was cold, not heated , so we couldn't use pool.The temp of spa bath , could have been warmer , but the sauna was perfect.No A/C nor fans in room, so when it got warm, needed to open glass door of lounge area.A spray can if insecticide, would have been handy.The LCD TV needs upgrading, it's too small.

No air .. at night the rooms have no fans , windows or air conditioning. Was very uncomfortable sleeping

Pleasant

Old-looking and outdated. Needs a good clean and a coat of paint. Want good money to stay but don't spend money on ongoing maintenance.
