The location of the property is good along with hassle free check in and Check out, adding to that was the complimentary Breakfast.
All are good but the customer service as we checked out before one day and neither booking.com nor property take care of my request over the call and message.

I have booked top floor queen's room, but while check in I got 6th floor standard room. there is no prior intimation also change in the room. after seeing the room and checked with staff. they are saying that 6th floor till 10th floor is to be considered as top floor only itseems.inside room the floor mats are fully dust and not cleaned. the room is very small and there is no space to walk inside the room also. moreover there is no option to hang the bath towel / cloths inside the bathroom. not worth for this cost.
Nothing is mentionable
The place should not be called a Holiday Inn hotel. It was a shithole. The entrance is pathetic . Room was the worst part of stay, I dingy hole can not be called a room at all, was basin 2 feet away from bed, intercom not functioning. Actually every thing was horrible. Holiday Inn by giving its name doing a disservice to customers.
Rooms are too small. Very conjusted. You don't have a place to keep luggage.
