Disappointing experience ever

Room was smelling and even the washroom. I ordered the lunch and it was also quite substandard. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Location, room stay, surroundings and all.

I got cheated by booking.com s booking , I booked the hotel and I paid the price , but then they said , it was only for day stay , and I need to check out at 6 PM , so I had to book another hotel , so transparency in booking was missing

It's was amazing experience. Staff was very polite and very clean hotel. Good location and good vibes.

Gym - Too Small .

Location of the property

Fridge is not working, AC is not working, basic hygienic equipment is given for 1 person though we book for 2 person. Call the service for such things but delivered after 30 mins (as there was no rush in the property)

I don't like the place and room overall The room was so small, the tiles of the bathroom was so slippery, anyone could fall. The place is near sec 29, you can hear all the loud noise which is going in the nearby pubs.

Location

There were couple of short thick hair on the bed, looks like it was used. The housekeeping staff were noisy, we can hear them inside our room, it smells like cigarette. The room smells like sweat. We availed half board, the breakfast was ok, but the dinner was bad, it’s not buffet. We need to order one kind of dish in each course so for two persons, only one can choose. The food server named Angad or something like that, was not accommodating at all.

The price. And this is combined fraud of booking. Com and the hotel. No where it was witten that the stay is for 6 hours but suddenly at hotel they asked me to pay more or leave. I tried to contact booking.com but no contact number. I had no choice but to pay extra money to hotel. This is very unfare trade practice of hotel and booking.comVery adamant and unresponsive staff. Bad experience

The hotel is 1 hours from the bazar in dheli No windows on the room and bad smellThere is no hot water after 20:00 and if you want hot water you need to askThe people on the reception was very not nice

AC, Fridge and Shower was not working properly.

I got a call from the front office at 12.30 pm on the day of booking regarding my time of arrival. I informed them that by 2.30 pm I should be there. It was raining very heavily and Gurgaon where the hotel is situated was full of water with severe traffic jams. I was traveling in my car for 10 hours and when I reached the hotel, I was informed that the booking is canceled automatically. I was shocked as there was no call to inform me of such a cancellation and when I asked for a room with a fresh booking, they informed me that the hotel was sold out. I was forced to check in a nearby hotel at the last moment at a whopping price of Rs 10000/-. per night. This behavior is totally unacceptable and highly irresponsible. I request you thus to take proper action against the property and ask for an explanation. Please keep me posted regarding the action taken

Everything was clean, hygeneic, and well mantained. Very copertaive and supported staff. I like the saty at the property.

Only 1 thing I did not like. There was snacks and soft drinks in the room. I thought these are complementry items, And i did not find or notice any rules or price list of the items provided. When i checked out they billed me 1100 rs. For these 200 rs. Snacks. This make me very disappointed and this is the only thing made my stay very disappointing and poor.

Hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and it was tasty.

Staff was not polite and they seemed lacking general hospitality sense.The reception was not good, with this much price I would say it was below average.In room dining food quality was not good.I would suggest you eat out in case you have time.

The property was amazing, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was a must. Each and every item in their menu was delicious. The place was great value for money and really clean. It has huge parking with other 3 hotels beside each other and it separated from the road which is good.

Midnight food items were very limited. Apart from that everything was top notch!

no hot shower. no tissues or other basic amenities. room had a weird smell

1. The location is excellent - especially for the wedding we were attending.2. There are good areas nearby for walking.3. Good restaurants across the road4. Breakfast was good

1. Housekeeping was unresponsive - sometimes did not come for 30 minutes after complaint.2. Water was not hot - despite several reminders3. They took a long time to even supply drinking water bottles4. Front desk noted the complaints but never arranged for it to be resolved.

I've tried hard to find a good place in Delhi, or near in Gurgaon. This on is best i found in 2weeks

The lady on the front desk is not very nice to talk, but other guys are so good, that's completely override my opinion about stuff here!
