Location, clean,

Old furniture, light maintenance special cabinet, desk chairs very old and broken, was very cold in the winter without any heater

The breakfast was ok very simple and bit boring

The staff communication was poor. I had booked a room with breakfast, but right in front of the restaurant, the waiters kept asking me to pay in cash, which made me feel humiliated. I called the manager, but he still refused to acknowledge that the booking did not include breakfast. As a gesture, he offered to provide me with complimentary breakfast since I had booked an Executive Suite. The management of Park PLAZA was typical of chain hotels, providing very limited and AI-like responses to every question without any emotions.

There’s not that much option for breakfast.

They did not provide me complimentary breakfast and charge me for one night room bill as I checked out 2 days before the scheduled check out date due to medical reasons.

Well maintained and courteous staff

The breakfast buffer can be improved but it was not bad by any means.

The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very nice. The rooms provide all amenities that one might need and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent! It even has a tea bar where you can order the tea of your choice.

It was advertised as a 5-star hotel but it was not really 5 stars. It's more like 4 stars. It needs some renovation work. We did not like the food for dinner in the restaurant.

Like the pool and room was spacious

The TV was old model, no microwave and interior was little old.

Airconditioner was not working after informing them also it was not fixed.

Breakfast was not great

Very nice people, good hotel for a stay during work.Quite old property but very clean and maintained. Cleaning staff very nice and helpful.

The arrangement of the food during the breakfast, the courteous behaviour of staffs, the easy access to the hotel from Galleria market, and the size of the room.

The exhaust did not work properly in the washroom (had to change room but still a stinky smell was there in the new room). More options/varieties in the breakfast is usually there in other good hotels of this range.

No rest due to noisy clients, no help from.hotel

2 nights booked. During the secong night a family occupying the two rooms (208-209) next to mine arrived at 2am. Children started to play and were slamming doors as if it were daytime. After almost an hour without sleeping, I called reception to complain and nobody answered. After a while I called again with same result.Finally, I had to get dressed and handle the situation myself. To make things worse, the father said that I could not blame the children for playing. Come on, at 4am!!!All in all, I paid almost 10.000 inr for a nightIn exchange, I got no rest, no excuses and no help from reception.VERY DISSAPOINTING

We traveled for medical tests at Fortis Memorial Hospital, and the location was excellent! Walking distance to the clinic without any hassle. The hotel service is excellent, staffs are so kind and helpful, and the room is so spacious and luxurious! We loved everything, and it definitely exceeded our expectations. I would like to thank Ankur, Praveen and Khushi (I hope I got her name right) at the reception who were very kind to us, and provided excellent customer service. Ankur has been there since our first day, and every time we needed something we went to him. At some point I feel that I was bothering him with my requests, but he always responded with smile and kindness. Praveen was very helpful as well. He facilitated money exchange for us with a reliable currency dealer, and even advised us where to go shopping for the things we needed. Praveen and Ankur have even arranged the hotel taxi to take us shopping for a whole day! The taxi driver Mr Anand Sharma had a pleasant personality, and stayed with us during our shopping and constantly updated the hotel about our whereabouts. The liaison between hotel management and taxi driver was very appreciated and professional, we didn't fear getting lost at all! Thank you so much to all the staffs.

Personally, as a foreigner, I found the breakfast a bit limited in the food options. There were local foods like dhosas, curries, chapati and etc which I love to eat, but which were too spicy to eat for breakfast. I would have preferred a more intercontinental breakfast for the main courses, such as potato hash brown, pancakes, and etc. Other than that, on the sides, the french pastries like pain chocolat, croissant, cupcakes were very delicious.

Executive suite room size

Charging for extra bed was not desirable for less than 5 year old kid. Plus food is generally not charged for infants but hotel charged. Reception staff need to be polite

We had the heater that tripped and did not work and the whole wiring tripped and even the dryer

And plugs and switches are old no usbs just did not work

Excellent staff and in a good location. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel needs more maintenance and upkeep - my non-smoking room smelt of cigarette smoke, and I spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. Furniture is dated and needs a revamp too.

Convenient location and walking distance to metro. Also the hotel is near by to sector 29 where many other hotels and eateries are there. The airport is a mere 30min ride. Beds were quite comfy.

Electrical sockets need to be replaced with modern ones that can cater to all types of chargers which are useful for international travellers. No socket in the bathroom for the hair dryer and had to connect in the room.

Great Location and breakfast spread. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Bathrooms are a bit dated.

Smog which meant we couldn't use the swimming pool and venture outside the hotel

The Reception Staff Pravin and dinning staff were Very polite and went and extra mile to do their best wherever need be.

The arrangement of sight seeing by the hotel has to be looked into.

I have highlighted to the team that they had a broken TV frame in the living room which was about to fall and they had the bathroom which was not clean, full of some dirt. I booked an overpriced executive suit and notified them about this situation and still there is no response from them.
