I didn’t like anything apart fr the location.

They charged us extra they took 1000 rs instead of the real amt. and told us we don’t support booking.com if u r coming here then give us extra money. And it was a bad room too much insects and mosquitoes and no services .. A/C , T.V was not working and bedsheets were so untidy.

When I reached there staff is very bad, they dont not how to talk with guest. Very bad. They are stated asking wrong prices.Very. Oyo should close this outlet.

Oyo is a fraud. No one is expecting oyo bookings in sector 24-25 on Oyo rates or your rates. As you guys are also taking part with Oyo so are you a fraud from now

Waste of time booking with you guys at any Oyo hotel. Dang They will simply cancel your booking and will charge you more.

they charge me 1000 but amount in the app was 600. electricity was not there , they ask me to stay in some other hote they recommended and that was worst then they again take me to the same hotel.

owner staff don’t know how to talk with guest, + they were over charging the price than booking charges, even ac is not working still they want us to pay more, they sent us to another hotel near them, they were also cheap hotels

Every thing was ok but 1.tea kettle was available but tea items was not available 2. Bath tub available but shampoo, sabun, towels not available3. Hair dryers was not working4. Morning tea serve by then but that was not good

Not recommended at all, I don't know why this is a hotel also?

Everything no kitchen available no tea coffer ac not working, spit and cigarette everywhere

The manager didn't provide us with the room and referred us to another hotel which is ~1 Km away.

Nothing was good at all. They charged full amount and the room has outsider view. I have complaint for refund still not received the amount.

I have booked the room a week before and to confirm it I did part payment also. Before reaching hotel I did call so that they can keep my room ready which they also assured me but when I reached hotel they make us sit for atleast 1 hour and told us that there is no room available after the confirmed booking. And they shifted us to their other property which was not so gud. In between they have come for AC service which cause us inconvenience. No kitchen , telecom not working. I had never faced this much mis- management in my life. I got frustrated and did my check out in the evening only . I am very disappointed never dare to book this hotel. Total waste of money and time more importantly peace.

The location of the place is good. The room with the balcony is really nice. The look of the rooms met my expectations too. Good for chilling with friends.

Bathroom lock not working, No complimentary oyo kit was provided. Moreover staff need tip for every service.
