Townhouse Unitech Cyber Park Gurgaon Near Omaxe Celebration Mall

Very poor

The room they initially gave stank and it was filthy. Later on they gave another room. Which had filthy sheets and covers.i asked them to change but even the changes sheets were filthy and it seems like the sheets were stolen from Indian railways

Everything is fine room is big nd clean good staff

The check in thing from Oyo nd manager clearly Denied for booking

Ac is not working staff is very bad and room's was small and.. durty not save not comfortable for co

Rooms cleaning and price

Liked the rooms and the facilities provided

The food from outside was not allowed and the food given after we ordered was very little in quantity

Bad

I booked through booking.com with a certain price displayed on their website but when reached hotel they simply denied that price and quoted us the double amount to stay. We were late and with a kid so have to pay them double amount. Not professional at all..

Nothing absolutely nothing this hotel didn't provide us a stay and did not provide any alternative option my stay was on 31-1jan2023 it was so embarrassing for me , after calling and confirming about my booking still on the day of checking at the property the person denied to take us.

Pathetic

nothing was good very bad property no cleaniness it was really bad and pathetic only staff of good they were trying help.

evrything very bad plus not clean stinky too much help though staff was cooperative trying to help

Price was good. That's about it.

I booked via Booking and the kept showing OYO dashboard to say no breakfast. Gave it very reluctantly.

Only location was good.

Worst Townhouse I have ever been to,Dirty rooms,Staff drinking in lobby and smoking hookah just outside my room.TV doesn't work, Phone doesn't work, toilet is broken ( had to ask to clean the washroom after check-in)

Location, humble and good staff. Affordable prices and very hygienic.

Nothing!Except the location

The hotel is smelling like, there's a old dead fish. The room was not clean at all.

Staffs were very poliet and supportive.

Bed was not comfortable Food is too expensive as per hotel standard and quality. They have set top box but recharge are not being done
