Heritage Village Resorts & Spa, Manesar-Gurgaon

Th property is very well designed and maintained. Activities are good for kids.

The food option for dinner is less.

Lots to do . Staff very courteous. High tea was v lavish.

Great hospitality, beautiful property, large selection of delicious food. Lots of activities for everyone in the family. Smooth check in and check out. Felt welcomes and well taken care of.

The air conditioning in our room was not consistent. The ac system seems a bit dated. This was the only negative.

Thank you Karuna and Dinesh

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Village Resort & Spa, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The ambiance, hospitality, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. From the beautifully maintained property to the peaceful vibe all around, every moment felt like a perfect escape.A special thank you to Dinesh and Karuna for going above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable. Their warm and professional service made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. It’s people like them who add a personal touch to luxury, making the experience even more meaningful.Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and feel right at home.

My stay at Heritage Village Resort was excellent. The food was amazing, and the room view was stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Karuna at the front desk was especially polite and always had a pleasant smile. I don’t know the names of all the staff members, but everyone was very nice. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Wonderful stay here …. I came here with my partner and so enjoyed …. We meet Karuna , Niranjan who took my check in we enjoyed our stay thank to Karuna who was there to assist me.thank you heritage

They had loads of activities for all age groups- drone flying, professional star gazing, kid's play area, the most extravagant High Tea with live singing, great food, very helpful staff. overall far exceeds expectations.

Very dissappointing.

The toilet drainage was blocked.and the breakfast was not upto mark.we reached there at 10.25.they asked us to hurry up.also the they gave white bread as a gift which was filthy.

Amazing location, staff and facilities.

Nothing really, only suggestion that food and beverages should be allowed in there beautiful open areas.

Excellent way of guest entertainment through daily schedule of various fun filled activities for kids and adults. Excellent Food

A few infrastructure issues like the AC of one of my room stopped working twice .

location is good, reception was good, lobby is beautiful, well spread out property

food is not great, not too many options, restaurant is too small, room was small, no real activities beside swimming pool and mini golf.

we received outstanding service during our recent stay at your resort. The level of care and professionalism provided by your team, especially KHUSHI , from warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendation of activities, made our visit truly memorable.

It's spread over a huge area... beautifully maintained.. staff very cooperative n courteous.. excellent service.. good food

Nothing except, if tariff is little less...and they could have attractive packages

Plenty of engaging activities throughout the day, clean property, very helpful staff

Sometimes too much activities can also be a problem. The use of the small pool for swimming as well as kayaking was not helpful.

Excellent food, great quality food and maintained so.. Staff was great especially Arun and others at S. mahal restaurant. Highly recommended

Location and overall maintenance was good.Staffs were well mannered and co operative. Evening activity especially singers were great.Photo snap taken after reaching and given after developing is loving memory.

Food menu was monotonous. Traditional food options were less.Items during evening hi tea was tasteless.

Everything is fine except visualisation for example in bathroom no Visual how to operate the tap for hot or cold

Cleanliness is fantastic

Prime reason I chose the resort was its proximity to Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary, but was disappointed to find staff not aware of the Bird sanctuary

Early morning visit to the Bird sanctuary should be arranged.

Garden area open places

Staff is not trained, lot of issues while booking and room services

The staff is exemplary, and do everything possible to fulfill your requests. The spa has great treatments. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the whole property is beautifully designed with stylish architecture and extensive outdoor grounds to enjoy time outdoors. There are live performances, sports and play activities for adults and children, and the food in the restaurants is of world class standard. The Japanese restaurant is particularly outstanding. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, we had a wonderful stay!

No complaints at all.
