The Oberoi, Gurgaon

The rooms were good and the staff was excellent Had a wonderful spa too.The breakfast was great

Lobby is far from the main building

Superb helpful staff. Slick property. Great restos on site.

Heater wasnt working in room. Airport transfer is expensive, there should be innova options too.

I loved the new bar and Chinese restaurant. The most elite in town.Olympic size heated pool.Nice breakfast.

Beautifully designed property, amazing hospitality and staff service, very smooth check in and check out, excellent and fast in room dining, spacious room and bathroom, had a big desk, enough plug points and fast internet for work purposes. Extended stay for one more night, and the process was very smooth

Breakfast options were a little limited and some of the dishes could have been a bit better, room lighting was a bit dim especially in work area

Staff friendliness and cleanliness

No family pickup from airport because no big cars at hotel only limousine

Spacious room with all amenities, impeccable service, fantastic 55m pool, really good breakfast, great spa. Everything was perfect, thank you!

Big and clean

Space and comfortable to work

A great hotel, great suburban location, clean, great showers, great bedding! Enjoyed my two-night business stay.

While I was there, my iPhone wifi needs re-login manually quite a few times as it dropps off after a period of no use.

Everything absolutely perfect, the food is amazing, including breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, every details. Staff is absolutely friendly.

They don't have large cars (SUVs) for airport transfer, but that was not a big problem if you can book a separate taxi service.

Beautiful property, well maintained. Good rooms

Quality of Razor in washroom is poor. Gym is very average

The swimming area, the room, the service.

We felt calm and welcomed immediately

Last day paid equivalent of 30 AUD for 2 ordinary cups of coffee after checking out

The service was excellent and staff went out of their way to go above and beyond. We particularly liked Mr Shahim and Rohit - Mr Shahim was the tailor and at short notice did excellent alterations for us. It was deeply appreciated. We also lived Ziya restaurant.

Nothing specifically. My diet is a little restrictive and to begin with I found options limited. However, the restaurant manager and staff again went out of their way to accommodate my needs.

Fabulous breakfast , staff very nice and polite, specially Ritesh staff very nice

Food, Room size, Bath tub, amenities and staff

Amazing property.Super clean.Well organized.Quality food.

Nothing much

Extremely warm and uniformly well trained staff. A rarity in today’s hospitality industry

With many newly minted hotels, the room furniture while being highly well maintained, is a bit dated. Wouldn’t bother you as the service is a Class apart.

On the expensive side but a gorgeous hotel only 20 minutes from the airport!

Only thing is if you want a massage book in advance - they were fully booked on arrival

Service was incredible from arrival to check out with a specific call out to Mayank Pandey & his team who are exceptional, the quality of food & personal touches was amazing and turned what could have been an uncomfortable solo dinner into one of the most enjoyable of my two week trip

Airport transfer was expensive (£55 for 15 mins driver) this felt excessive. I booked without asking the price for the transfer and was very surprised when I saw it on the bill, initially assumed was £5.50 and not £55

The perfect place to stay. Exceptional service and standards as you would expect from an Oberoi. Rooms were superb, very large. We ate in the hotel and food was fantastic. Spa facilities were great but very busy and staff were amazing as always.
