Rooms were of good size with all required amenities

Road to hotel is not in good shape

The room was good as the property was new but service is worst. No acknowledgement given for any room service, be it cleaning or providing breakfast. It was a hassle being there due to inadequate facility. They allowed three people but they didn't provide towels or pillow for all three. There was a guy in the reception, not sure it was manager or some random guy managing but he was very rude and used foul language and all he cared about was money. The location was good in terms of office distance but I can assure that it wasn't safe. There are some gangs who sit downstairs doing vape and hookah. The lane is quite shabby. The worst possible service was given, they didn't even maintain the basic hygiene to empty the dustbins for three days of our stay. The room started stinking at last, we got tired asking for getting room cleaned and bringing breakfast for us since it was included in our booking. We were counting our days until checkout.

Very bad condition, dirty rooms, no soap in washrum and mosquitoes insects in room and even they don't provide towels for hand clean n bath.. very bad condition
