The dustbin was dirty, the chair and table were filthy, and to top it off, there was a rat in the room. I couldn’t sleep at night due to these issues. The services were far below standard—there was no water provided in the room, and the overall service was worse than poor. The washroom was in a very bad condition as well. It was an awful experience..
