Very nice, large and clean rooms. Linen was very clean. Service is good and quick. Manisha at the front desk was very helpful. Good place to stay for a night or two.

A few more items in breakfast would have been great.The room tariff if about 4500/- with breakfast would have done better justice to the amenities.

Property feels newish the fittings lifts and everything about interiors is good and plush except the towels which look dirty and old likewise

The staff specially the reception is horrible , they make you feel unwanted and make you feel like you don’t belong simply judging my how people look and dress. Despite of earlier discussion to request for early check in they started asking for more money for early check in . There was no communication between the two reception staff , later when they realised I had already spoken they organised a room.Then on day of checkout they really wanted us to leave by 11 and called us to remind that checkout time is not 12 rather it is between 11-12. then at checkout they said they can’t find one of the towels in the room and that we will have to pay for the towels . On further discussion we asked them to recheck as we are not towel thief’s . Whatever be their prior experiences with past visitors we felt we were treated abominably and suggest hotel to train existing staff or re hire better customer service oriented staff. We will never ever go again to such a place where we were disrespected.

The upgrade could have been confirmed plus the laundry machine could have been put to rest as it hummed 24/7.

The linen was fresh and clean. The team was efficient. Location is pretty central almost on Golf Course Road. The rooms have been done up quite nicely.

The constant noise being made by their door system (this would be my biggest complaint), cleanliness behind the fridge and hair strands in the drawer and on the floor. The AC thermostat seemed off. As it was cooling beyond what was required so had to switch it off multiple times rather than the auto cut off working.

Location and breakfast were satisfactory

The cafe staff though very polite needs a little more training.
