Saltstayz Premier - Galleria Market & MG Road

First of all my booking told me that the size of the room was 29sqm, however, it turned out to be less than 16sqm. the staff and front desk was ok, the breakfast was very average. I was surprised to see the rating of 9.2, when I booked. good learning for me, will never rely on the ratings for sure

The staff were great especially at the second hotel they attempted to accommodate us and were kind and courteous. They discounted our room because of the error but unfortunately it wasn’t up to what we expected. We booked to stay here as a last night for our honeymoon after staying in lovely hotels we aimed to continue this here but unfortunately this wasn’t the case.

Turned up to accommodation on website to be told they don’t accept foreigners so we were taken to another hotel around the corner which is nothing like these pictures. The room was extremely basic and was not modern as per pictures. We were told they hadn’t updated booking.com they couldn’t accept foreigners. We ended up leaving and booking another hotel. False advertising and very disappointing.

Location, service.

We book room for 2 adults but during check in they told us that it’s for single occupancy and we have to pay extra.

Overall pleasant stay, staff was courteous, breakfast was basic but sumptuous and room was spacious.

The king bed size is too small in length. I am 5'11" and my legs were hanging out of the edge of the bed. The bathroom was kind of stinky and water just Luke warm. No point keeping a bath tub if there is not water.

The hotel is very nice, the front desk staff, the housekeeping and Food and Beverage are all very humble specially Vikram at the front desk. The location is also good, close to Galleria Market (About a Kilometer I think). The room (Deluxe with balcony) is cozy and has everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and had 4-5 very good options as part of a buffet. It is complete value for money and I would stay here again. The cleanliness is upto mark in the common areas.

There are a few things which I can highlight:1. The cleaning is good but can be better.2. The bed is not very big so taller folks may have to sleep a little diagonally 3. I had ordered a Chicken Sandwich in the night which was really bad, I did not like it at all.4. At breakfast, there should be a sign informing guests about eggs. As there was no sign, I did not ask, however when I was about to finish someone else asked for it (Maybe they knew that it is served). Some information on this would be good.5. The shower area design is horrendous, I took a shower and the entire washroom was flooded, water even went on to the room. There has to be something that is done about this.Having said the above, these are only points of improvement. It is a lovely hotel and I would surely stay here again. Well done to the team.

FRAUDS AND LIARS

I booked a premier room and they gave me a regular room when I went to the reception they lied saying that there are no rooms with living rooms in the entire property well as the picture on the booking showed otherwise I later found out they do have those rooms so they are fraudulent and cheat the customer my colleague during her stay was refused breakfast saying you can't get it on check out day how else would u get if you hve a 1 night stay keep away they are FRAUDULENT

The room is very clean, the property is very clean, all staff is very good helpful, I liked it very much, safe and secure breakfast is good and healthy

Water bottle not clean

We were really pleased with our stay at the Saltstayz Amara as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. The staff are very good, especially the Reception as well as room service staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Outside road was slippery, bathroom is always slippery due to water

Location was very convenient. The hotel was well designed with good amenities. Housekeeping staff was very helpful. Rooms were neat and clean.

There was no window in the room so it was a bit claustrophobic. No ventilation at all. The geyser was not working on both days. The first day someone came to fix it but next day again it didn’t work so couldn’t take a shower. There was a lot of noise caused by other guests late at night and early morning so that was a disturbance.

I loved the suite room it was spacious cozy and best room party

The food was amazing I tried cheese cigar roll and noodles

They will tell u different charges of same room and provide some broken items and they will blame you for that item broken item which you don't even touch .

The rooms are very clean and value for the money , it was a comfortable stay with good staff . Worthy stay
