Staff were very helpful and friendly. There has been update to beds and bathroom

We had rooms on ground floor off reception, so it was quite noisy until late. The bathroom looked new but the drainage didnt work so the bathroom flooded when using sink and shower.The aircon unit only produced warm air so there was no way to get fresh or cooler air into room as there was no opening window or balcony making it quite stuffy. This is listed as a 4 star. The price reflects this but our rooms would really be more 3 star.I think it would depend on the room you had as to the rating.Area is close to the airport and doesnt have price tag of other hotels in the area.

The location was excellent. It was in Gurgaon and very close to all the important areas. Easy to reach and quiet locality.

It’s a quiet neighborhood and close to QUTAB plaza market.

Didn’t clean up the room if you don’t request. The smell of cooking from the kitchen is all over the hotel, they didn’t turn on the fan or open the window. The towel is old and should be replaced. I didn’t use them.

There was loudly voices and music after 9 pm till Midnight and people are laughing out loud which should be controlled by hotel

King suite was nice and spacious. The double room a bit conjusted.The breakfast was decent.Staff was warm and welcoming. Service was also very fast.

The bedding material did not look clean. Duvet had stains. Even the sheets were not looking clean.

Rooms are spacious and clean.

Staff at reception did not provide invoice even after promising. This is a big no go for business travelers.

Good location

There were dirty foot marks in the room right when we had checked in. Someone had come knocking late at night but we were too sleepy to open the door. Also the AC had a clicking noise all throughout the night.

Room was lovely and clean. Team were helpful especially Shiv and Chandra.

Nice property, on a pretty quiet side street. comfortable room, clean, big bed and nice bathroom. The staff made it great though, so helpful and gave lots of good advice about what to do. Shiv and Chandra deserve a mention as they were wonderful. I recommend the aloo paratha and chai for breakfast. I would stay here again.

A quiet place, out the way set in a private location. Staff were excellent and always ready to help. Happy to use again

The location is very near to cybercity and metro as well . Property and rooms were decent, well maintained. The staff was helpful and well mannered. Had a gud stay

The wifi was not working during my stay of 24 hrs . They shud keep some alternative to avoid such situations

I looked the interior, the setup, the cleanliness and house keeping facilities.

What i didn't like was the mattress was divided. So there was an issue, if someone is trying to sleep in between. There was a divider which bothered a lot. They should use one double size mattress for king size or should use a one double size memory foam on top of two single mattress

They Woodbury features wooden flooring, a central AC system with a control panel, telephone service, 24/7 room service, TV (with subscription to all the OTT platforms available in India that you've ever heard of), a fridge, a wardrobe, a work chair (with desk area), a mini table and a chair (for dining), a tea/coffee maker, an iron, a balcony, linens and blankets, and drinking water (2 litres per day is free). They have used some sort of noise cancellation as you can see padding of rubbers at the windows, hardly heard any noise or any sort of disturbance while the windows were closed. Overall a quiet place if you want to attend few meetings.•Bathroom (10/10) – Very clean; hot and cold water in all taps and shower heads, towels, and other complimentary toiletries.•Staff (10/10) – Friendly and understanding. The staff members put their best to provide you with all the amenities that you want. Highly impressive.•Food – Breakfast and tea are available (9/10). For lunch and dinner, you can use online food delivery apps/services. The staff will receive your order and will deliver it to your room with cutlery. The food delivery and grocery services work 24/7 in this area, so you can order anything you want at any time.•Location (10/10) – In the vicinity of Cybercity, there is a security check-post, so there is no issue with safety. At a distance of 4km from Cyber Park. This is an extremely good location for people travelling for business as well as leisure. They keep track of every vehicle entering and leaving the area.

Nothing as such, only that it took an hour to arrange a room for me after I arrived at the hotel. However, it was an early check-in and I had informed them before my arrival. They arranged an upgraded room for me for a day since the room of my choice was not available. So kudos to their team.
