Due to the excellent service by the staff the hotel felt very homely and comfortable.

The place felt like home with a beautiful garden. All facilities available, Ganesh was extremely helpful during my stay. Very safe for solo female travellers. Breakfast was good too!

The hotel offered great value for money. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was surprisingly good for the price range. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport.

The air conditioning was a letdown — it either didn’t work properly or wasn’t functional at all, which made the stay uncomfortable during warmer days. The room’s lock system was also a bit confusing and could use improvement. Additionally, leaving the hotel at night wasn’t straightforward, which could be inconvenient for guests who need flexibility in their plans.

Location is good, visual appearance from outside is nice, night drive to airport will take no more than 15-20 minutes, uber comes

It’s like completely different from what pictures showed, room was small and not clean, bed linens were very unclean (with strains and colors, it was looking like used million times before me and only because I was with small kids we stayed)Inside was insane cold (January) heater was not really changing this. And in shower it was like in Christmas Holy Deep in January - totally freezing! No soap, no brushes - you need to ask for it and towels are grey, not by nature. Food you can see in menu but what is available is different.

It’s a charming and quaint little boutique restaurant that’s in the heart of Gurugram yet very tranquil and peaceful. The staff is very hospitable, the rooms cosy and comfortable and breakfast though not a spread was quite sumptuous

It’s tucked away discreetly so not very easy to find at night

First night in Dehli after 24 hour travel day. Just what we needed. Fantastic and helpful hospitality. Great breakfast. Quiet and calm place to recover. Perfect

I was travelling for work and I stayed at Firebrick Garnet House for 5 nights. As a female solo traveller, I felt extremely safe. Ganesh and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming and always available. I recently stayed at this cozy yet modern-looking property and had a fantastic experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and having a restaurant and gym on the property added to the comfort.

Lift not available. Room no: 15 - Bathing area without a shower cubicle leaves the washroom perpetually wet. The slope of the washroom doesn’t let the water flow in the right direction. You got to mop the floor yourself to maintain dry floor.

Their rooms and suites felt just like home. The rooms were big with lots of space to move around, and the location was excellent. The housekeeping, meals, and turndown services were top-notch, taking care of everything during my stay.

Staff was great and helpfull. Rooms clean, but bathroom was not up to standarts.
