The location is great. And the staff was even better,

when I went to the room, I had to get it clean from the scratch. The bedsheets were ton from places the blanket cover had stains on it. And the smart tv is as good as useless

It's very clean and every basic facility is there.

I have to call multiple times for breakfast but still they didnt send it in my room then i had to come down and have it at the reception area.

Rooms were clean, other facilities were food. The food provided by in house restaurant was good and not that expensive. The Television for working with wifi. They had a very strong WiFi connection.

The location - the way the addressed the request for balcony - the receptionist in day time who called for payment was sweet but then the propert lost it by end .

The attitute of the staff - there was no option available for breakfast just one puri baji - secondly when we asked to get us atleast achar the person was like will get it and we waited for 20 min to get our breakfast chill yet there was no efforts from staff - being genius reviewer sry but this property needs to buckle up . The person has gutts to ask me review about it in the desk when my cab was right outside and i was late . Not acceptable . Plus for rs 20 mrp bottle water they gave me a bill of rs 94 rs . It was all gone by then .

Denied breakfast even though it was included..had a lot of trouble making them believe..smelly rooms, not like whats shown in the picture

Room was very dusty and the toilet pan had stains,and room wasn't mopped , we checked the other rooms and the toilet was even worse and was stinking so we decided to stay at the first room we were given and we had to clean it ourselves.Breakfast first day we went at 8.30 and it wasn't ready. They only had toast and cereal which was old. Upon waiting we were given 2 curries with no display of what it was and puri, there were flies sitting on the spoon. Second day breakfast we went 8.45 and nothing was there then we were told to order and the breakfast will come in the room.As our tour guide was suppose to pick us up 9.30 we only decided to order tea and toast even then it took a while for them to deliver only those 2 things. We requested to sit on the restaurant table to have breakfast but they declined saying they have other guests. 3 of us had our breakfast in the room which had 1 chair and a small table. Was very poor and non- hygienic so we checked out earlier. You have to call few times as the water in the tap stops coming in the middle of shower. We have booked our vacation hotels mostly with Agoda but now we have to really decide our reservations for our future vacations .It's so disappointing when we checked their reviews on google was

There is a very friendly atmosphere among the staff. In particular, I would like to mention two persons, Shubham and Vinod, who made every possible effort to assist me in moving around the city. Overall, the hotel takes great care to ensure that guests enjoy their stay.My room was spacious and very clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting gurugram

The old owner or someone the receptionist was reporting t gave a very bad stare when we reached there. He stared at my partner as if she was commiting any crime.Ac was not cooling enough, we had to change rooms and even the changed one was not keeping the room cool enough. Outside food was not allowed

Excellent hotel. The rooms are big size and very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were always very helpful. they arranged our table

Perfect Location, hotel, management. Like it much. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean, Manager at the reception very helpful.

Amazing welcome from the staff, breakfast arranged for us and early check-in. Clean rooms with all amenities. Great shower. Very pleasant pool. Delicious breakfast with amazing options.

I am staying here for the second time and the experience has been better than last time. The reception staff is helpful and responsive. Staying here is definitely worth the money. Ideal for business/official travelers and travelers as the casinos are within walking distance.

Staffs were cooperative. Hotel stay was fabulous . Recommended for family stay and business stay . Especially Mr. Shubham left no stones unturned to make my stay comfortable .kudos . Keep it up
