Cons -
- I stayed at the property since I didn't have any other alternate bookings, but I had a pathetic stay there. The property was extremely dirty, the AC (air conditioner) didn't function properly for 4 hrs, and the mini fridge also didn't work throughout the stay. The rooms and bathroom were extremely dirty, the bed sheet had stains, and there were numerous stains in different parts of the bathroom. Even the main door key was not working, and it was risky to go out. I exited the property today morning before the normal check out timings. Its a shabby property and you should discontinue working with them.
- Upkeep staff lofts service
- Poor WIFI coverage, both android tv were unable to connect to their wifi so for the whole stay this was the major thing which I didn’t liked. No use of tv for the whole stay.

The rooms were ok and well designed.
In the first room we checked in, the wall-mounted WC detached off the wall and fell on the floor. That was disgusting. The staff was seen only at the time of check-in, and thereafter whenever we needed anything there was nobody available. For everything we had to call the Manager, who would then call the staff and then we would get service after waiting for some time. Even at the time of check-out, there was no hotel staff available, we just left the key on a desk near the elevators.
No recommended
Noone to attend us. We waited cor 15 minutes without any clue and then left due to no response
Courteous staff, parking facility, pricing, space
No toileteries provided. One of the two Acs wasn't cooling properly.
I chose location in Gurugram for a specific purpose - a concert in Airia Mall, which is literally across the road, so for me it was super convenient. If you are more interested in Delhi, keep in mind, it might take about 40 minutes to get to Delhi. .Just a tip - you can buy your towels and any other stuff in the Mall across the street. The Mall is modern and nice, with a grocery store on a ground level and a food court on top floors.
It was difficult to find, even though reception send me what's app message with location. Local security had no idea where the apartments are. The room floor was a bit dusty. The mattress is SUPER rough, literally a stone covered with bedsheets. For me it was fine, but just keep this in mind, if you like soft sleeping. Paying by card might be an issue, get ready to pay cash.
