Everything from approach to staff quality to room size and facilities

Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the options.Location was an highlight as it was in central and all amenities including metro were walk away. Will highly recommend.I loved the working space that you can use for short meetings etc.

Rooms could have more facilities like iron, dryer and essential toiletries

Excellent service and hospitality by Bloom Hotel staff especially by reception Mr Nitin who was very hospitable and kimd and friendly.It was a wonderful stay which we love so much and would be coming over again to stay in future. Recommend to all to stay here if you are in India.

Very well located next to the metro station. Clean, good bed, clean bathroom.

It was very cold the entire night. The electric heater was making the room dry. With the charges we paid, we were hoping for central heating and good temperature. Our room specifically had an unsealed space which had a draft of cold wind coming in. Although we stayed there for 2 nights we didn't request to change the room but if it were more we would have.

I would like to thanks front office team who make my stay better and housekeeping is also very well and helpful

i booked bloom for one night with breakfast included.the timings mentioned for breakfast was 9-11am, i tried calling reception multiple times but they didn't respond. when i walked to reception at 10.30, they had already closed. i was simply disappointed.

Nothing to like

When I reached my booking was cancelled, although I had confirmed it a day before. Still they cancelled it cause they had high demand, and I had to find another hotel with my wife and my 9 month old daughter at 11pm night. Very unprofessional behaviour. Not trustworthy, will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Perfect stay ..my husband was admitted in paras hosptal and bloom helped with the coordination

The property was well located on golf course road with quick response time for requests. Breakfast was good.

My booking was originally at the Gold Course road property, but when I reached there they informed that I need to go to another Bloom hotel (around 100 meters) further and I had reached wrong location! It was raining heavily and they made it sound like my mistake. When asked later they confirmed that I was indeed at the right location but they had some confusion and booking as per system booking was made in different property. Concerning for Booking.com itself.

The location is excellent. It is next to the metro station, auto stand, and highway. The staff are polite and cooperative. The room is clean with excellent room service. The restaurant has a wide variety of choices and the prices are reasonable.

The room did not have adequate storage facilities like a wardrobe. It had only one chair and no table. Tea-making facilities were kept in the lobby and not in the room.

Had to change rooms because of the smell of sewage, changed rooms and it still smells and it was filled with mosquitoes

Everything was good except one thing they they don't allow any visitor after 10 o clock which is very irritating thing that if someone came from another city and you wanted to.meet and wanted to sit and you get to hear from staff that's it's our policy that no visitor is allowed after 10 o clock , so you have no option to stay Even outside or ask other person to leave

Staff members at the reception and house cleaning.Special Thank you to Visarjin the site manager for his thoughtfulness and Ranjeet, at house cleaning. The staff at the reception were all very kind and helpful.

Basic facilities in toilet to keep tooth brushes, razor etc. Hot water kettle with tea /coffee in room instead of common facility in the floor lobby; white towels greyed out. Breakfast was poor. Room not tightly sealed
