The property is easily accessible and they have beat and clean rooms with amazing service staff.

There's nothing to dislike

It's basically a flat where they are giving you a room to stay. It seems un-authorised as they didn't provide me with a bill/ invoice even after repeated requests. It's not safe then!

No food/ no canteen/ no common room. They ask you to order from outside.It's not safe to stay here as I doubt whether it is registered as a commercial place.

My booking didn't get confirmed. So the experience was not good. And I had to book whatever hotel was available.

My booking got cancelled at the very and and getting another hotel at 1 am was extremely difficult.

The staff is very helpful. Rooms and washrooms are out of the box very neat and tidy, and bigger with all the amenities in excellent condition. Best stay with this budget.

Nothing at all

No facilities provided. The beds were absolutely filthy. When requested to change it took them more than one hour to change the filthy bedsheets. No breakfast provided. When we arrived at the hotel in the morning, nobody at the reception to attend. We were charged even for a cup of coffee. No facilities provided in the room. We opted for a balcony room We were allocated a congested room. Very Very poor..disgusting..

Location was easily accessible.Behaviour of staff especially Mr Suresh was were nice and supportive.

Location ,Staff behaviour.The manager( Mr. Suresh) upgraded my room and the room provided was spaciousand clean.He also was readily available for any support and accomodative to the needs.Cleaning and other staff were also nice.

Very limited options for food . One has to order from outside. But we enjoyed Paratha and tea served there.

No hospitality in this hotel . Only one person who is the swiper or room service provider. No bath Shop. Even a pantry person has asked food Monet at the time of delivery of food and tea in room it self.Also, no food facilitiy in this hotel. In super delux room there is a TV without setup box and this is only for show off purpose.Room price is higher than services they are provided

Very clean place, excellent location near Medanta Medicity, Very helpful and smiling staff with excellent service. Wholeheartedly recommend.

cooperative staff, clean and spacious room. value for money

Excellent staff, very polite and cooperative. This was my 2nd visit. Found the treatment better than first time. They upgraded me to the higher category free of cost. The stay was excellent. I recommend it for a cosy stay and good Staff.

The hotel staff made up for their last drawbacks. A good stay this time around.

Everything was good. It's like PG rooms but better. Common kitchen. No kettles for coffee. Water bottles included.

A/c wasn't working

Clean rooms and well maintained.

As in the package there was no toiletries pre kept in the room, had to be requested but provided without any hesitation neither there was a coffee maker with any coffee or sugar. This was a big letdown. Wifi password should have been given while checkin why does one need to call and ask?Small issues count towards big.

Room size is good but house keeping kept used towels in room & bed had some stains
