FabHotel Aravali Suites - DLF Phase 3

The location is very good and the bio diversity park nearby is a great place to run or walk in the mornings. It’s good value for money and clean. Facilities are relatively basic but the staff is helpful and for the rentals it’s quite adequate. Will come again, great for 1 or 2 nights.

Communication issues, no room service, no slippers, toen and dirty bedsheets, no cups, bad smell

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Wi-Fi, TV was working properly, property is in my budget, The food offerings at breakfast were lovely too. My stay in total was a very enjoyable one. We got a lot of help from the staff was very kind an d helpful. We would stay here again without doubt.

Overall a pleasant stay with friendly Managers and staff.

The cleanliness of the room should be improved through sweeping and mopping. The verandah floor was quite dirty. The TV connector was burnt.

Only The location seemed acceptable.

The AC was not Cooling. They did not serve any choice of Breakfast. No Lift for the Upper Floors. The Dining Area looking into the Kitchen were all very shabbily maintained.

Absolutely nothing

It was the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in. There is no way that this place should have an 8.5rating - it was freezing cold - no heating - we had to ask for blankets, toilet paper and drinking water. The place was grubby and badly maintained. I suspect the photos of the food are stock photos as it bore no resemblance to what we received, the menu was all smeared and sticky, the hot water ran out, the TV remote didn’t work and the staff were rude, one in particular was extremely rude- when he brought the requested toilet paper, it was half-used and damp and when my friend requested a fresh one he told her to be silent. I could go on and on, but it’s a waste of energy. I had booked and paid for 2 nights - we checked out as soon as we could after the first night.

They could have provided 1. a moisturizer daily. For Delhi climate it's essential. 2. Better branded ayurvedic Or homeade soap.

Clean and spacious rooms

Staff was stupidity knocking on someone doors early around 5.30 in the morning. It disturbed the whole sleep.

Room cleanliness, quality of decor used.

The setup was a no nonsense hotel. The food was exceptionally fresh and hot every time.

It is a budget hotel, so one must not arrive with high expectations.

The breakfast was simple but good. The location was close to my place of work so very suitable for me. It's close to a the Dronacharya metro station so it could work for those who use the metro.

The cleanliness of the room was just about Ok. However, everything else- common areas, breakfast table, even the reception was filthy. The staff was particularly unhelpful and extremely ill-mannered. They abused each other and even guests in front of us. We paid for the in-house car to take us to the airport and had informed then the time we'd leave the previous night. However, the driver wouldn't wake up and he had to be literally dragged out of his room. Then he started abusing the receptionist and even is indirectly because he was awoken from his sleep. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

The room and hotel were good; however, the staff could be more cooperative. Unfortunately, we did not receive the level of support expected, which was a bit disappointing. but everything was good,,,
