The property was clean, thanks to the diligent cleaning staff.

The front desk manager was unprofessional and always seemed to be focused on collecting money during our week-long stay, despite our advance payment throughout. One day, he wasn’t willing to wait for an hour while I was at the hospital for surgery, so he sent me a QR code to settle the payment. Despite my request, he gave me the ground floor, which was damp and had fungus, but after an argument, we changed rooms. The night manager was kind and willing to listen. Overpriced and unhygienic restaurant services. We got sick and had to change hotels later, as we had to stay for about a month because of a medical emergency.

Breakfast could have been better. There is no breakfast buffet and only limited items were available.

The staff wears very nice and helpful. The room and bed were a good size, and the bathroom was very clean.

The beds could be cleaner and there was no way to ventilate the bathroom better. We had to request new towels because the towels didn’t dry overnight. The staff did not keep the hotel quiet at night hours. We could hear other people very loudly and having parties. They also resumed construction very early in the morning. The hotel was also very cold. There was no way to control the room temperature so we had to request another blanket to sleep.

NOTHING. THIS PLACE HAS BECOME A MONEY MINTING MACHINE WITH ZERO REGARD FOR ITS CUSTOMERS NEEDS OR REQUESTS.

I used to be a frequent flyer to this place, with a gap of a few months, when I came back during this stay, to my disappointment, this place has not improved but has gone down the drain. Charging 100 rupees for cutlery and 500 rupees for a heater in this weather where at other places a heater is a stipulation in the room in much lesser room tarrifs. The staff was rude, took ages for a request to be fulfilled, something as simple as please heat up food. And I will not be coming back here. EVER. YOU GUYS CAN RIP OFF OTHER PPL NOW, HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL HELP PPL UNDERSTAND WHERE NOT TO GO.

We stayed here for a week following my Dad's operation in Artemis and are happy with our choice. The staff, including Mr Dubey at reception, and everyone else were really helpful and accommodating from the very beginning. Considering that we had a recovering patient with us, we needed a lot of flexibility in terms of actual room, furniture placement, mattresses etc, and the staff here were always keen to help. The hotel itself is located within 5 min or the hospital, rooms are clean and spacious. This made it a very convenient stay. Thanks.

Big room, wide space with terrace and the price is very good. The food is also delicious.

The bathroom looks good and new, but the shower is not enough, it did not have much flow or hot water...The extractor in the bathroom needs to be clean. When this fan is not working and turning, it lets the mosquitos come in to the room.The quilt over the bed was completely holed.Small details that make a big difference.

room was good & washroom also neat and clean. everything is in good manner, one thing I feel at the reception when I waited for get my room key is there is mosquitoes surrounding area of the reception. overall is better experience.

nothing as such… we like the food. they offered dinner in room and breakfast in buffee. we suggest is to please add some other dishes in breakfast to make better experience. food was good in taste and fresh as we needed the most.

Location is good, Rooms are well maintained. Front desk staffs are well behaved.

But service staffs are not well trained , service is pathetic sometimes .Food is below average , very oily (inspite of earlier request).Overall it was an average accommodation.They need to work on it.

Location could not be found. Sorry to say it no signboard was there of the Hotel. First time i came across a hotel without any signboard. This was mere surprise. Later on i discovered it was lovers paradise and not person coming for business to be honest. The hotel has no bar which again makes the rating of the hotel poor from my side. Food was pathetic. Breakfast was lousy. My Toilet of my room had a leakage in the pipeline from the wash basin. Shower water force was very less. The balcony was not divided and the resident of room next to my room could easy walk across to the full length of the balcony and so privacy was lacking between rooms on the first floor.

Not a satisfactory visit

Harassment I have under gone, due to non-availability of room what they said at the time of check in and disrespect by said we give priority to guest who have paid online hence they abe given the room to somebody else who has booked from MMT and shifted myself to another property. I didn’t like this behaviour at all.

I always choose to stay at this hotel because when travelling solo it suits my needs the best. The staff is very courteous especially Rohit from the front desk and they create a very safe environment. The cleanliness is upto the mark and anything missing can be adjusted or overlooked because of the staff behavior
