This place is pathetic. The staff is not helpful, denied me checkin or a room even though I had a reservation and paid the amount in full. Very casually I was told to cancel my booking and move elsewhere at 3am! No refund was initiated and customer care of Booking.com is a joke. Would HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place.

Clean and big room with great location.

Internet issues. Airtel network doesn’t work in rooms.

As you heard first impression is the last impression, so the guy in reception or you can say the guy taking your check in he is superb. The room was clean and awesome.

I book one room with breakfast but when I ask for coffee with the breakfast they said for the coffee you have to pay, then I said it’s with breakfast right they reply sir the one we place in your room only that one is free with breakfast I think it’s unfair. I think you need to include coffee or tea with breakfast.

Excellent place for Stay. food is excellent. Highly recommended for business travelers and family. Staff is very courteous. The service received was excellent. Room was neat and cleaned. all things was good.

I am very happy to stay in property b, cause cleaning room, wash room, bed sheet, staff beahviour quik service, and safe.

Location, their attended specially Kishan and value for money.

Landline was not workingExtra charges for snacks and soft drinks already in the freezer in room, visitors don't know about that, charges at time of check out.Charger are very high like 2 redbull drink are of 500 and 40rs Maaza cost 150 rupee. Which is not satisfactory.

The wifi was pathethic, had to switch to my mobile network to take video calls. Streaming anything was laggy. The cleanliness of the place could have been better

Breakfast was not served

Everything could have been better.So I had to search for a new place after checking in.

Pathetic.

1) Water geyser didn’t work. I had to take a cold shower in the month of January where temperature in Chadigarh is about 8 degrees. 2) Treebo had asked me to pay an advance towards room booking, and once I paid, it didn’t reflect in the Hotels system, so the front desk was not allowing me to checkout and kept arguing that I speak to Treebo and get and update or I pay the balance again and then take the refund from Treebo later. 3) The front desk shut the AC switch, so I was not able to set the room at a bit warmer temperature.

Location and accessibility was good. Easy to check in.

There is always room for improvement. Tea / coffee making facilities should be readily available. Also maintainance of the rooms and walls.

Too late even to get tea only after 8 am.Could offer at least tea coffee from 6 am and breakfast from 7Staff needed to better groomed. They were poorly dressed, sleeping in reception area etc.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help and offer suggestions. The hospitality of the staff is outstanding. Excellent attention. Friendly staff. Very good services in general. Excellent wi fi and great breakfast.
