Staff, cleanliness and grandeur

Size of buffet is small

Staff was very helpful particularly Sahil was very courteous and friendly and showed us the property and explained about the facilities available for us. Room was decorated very nicely.

More options for Breakfast, better connectivity from highway as roads are bumpy closed to the property.

The Hotel was stunning ornate building - large and magnificent. Impressive entrance. Large Foyers and guest rooms.

The property was worn and not kept up to date with refurbishments.

Recreational facilites

1) Food - Pathetic quality, stale, no options for nom vegetarians and repetitive menu2) Room and private Pool cleanliness 3) Lack of privacy since there was some construction going on and the whole staff was continuously walking past the room and private pool area staring and stuff4) Loads of photoshoots happening throughout the property and the photographers had no sense as they were disturbing the guests5) On arrival the satff asked for special occasion and we did tell them upon which they promised for a special gesture which was never delivered.6) Bad room service - there was just 1 coffee pod in the room and when we asked for more only one more was delivered and that too after 30 minutes

The room was well stocked and very comfortable and the experience, overall, was pleasant. ITC Grand Bharat promises slow luxury and our stay was just that - slow and unhurried, made comfortable by the courteous staff of Grand Bharat. Overall a very good stay. Enjoyed it and would love to visit again soon.

Not a lot to improve here to be honest. If I were to add a suggestion - maybe provide a short guided tour of the property as a feature if people wish to indulge with different view points.

The place is elegant and service staff at both the dining and buffet locations is fantastic

We wanted to sit in the porch of our rooms and requested for an angithi which they don’t provide . It would have been a great way to enjoy the winter evening

Non heated outdoor pool

I usually see a bright Sunny venue for breakfast across hotels. But this breakfast venue was a brooding, less happy place. You should consider moving it to a brighter place. Check in process was long and tedious despite doing online Pre check in. The staff was in no hurry to move us to our suite. Pls be mindful of the guest mindset too.When asked about the occasion of travel, I told that it was my Husbands birthday, yet no enthusiasm was shown to at least offer wishes or to send a note to the room. This was a very different experience with hospitality.

Atrocious and well below par

There was a wedding on the premises so the whole service was atrocious with the whole staff only concerned about the wedding. YOU ARE WARNED NOT TO GO THIS DESTINATION WIHOUT CHECKING UP IF THERE IS ANY WEDDING GOING ON (apparently they have quite a few weddings during the season) SO BEWARE!!

The sheer size of the property and the beautiful landscape. Lots of fun activities. Great restaurants

The property looked good and the staff was extremely warm. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Special thanks to Mr. Ashish Jha from the F&B department for serving us very well

Nothing in particular

We went for my husbands birthday and they did such a good job at making it special for us. Jaskaran was super helpful and he took care of all our needs! Highly recommend this experience and we can can’t wait to be back!!

Everything was just amazing, be it property, hotel or food. Everything was on point, to the add-on the staff was very helpful. The chef served us amazing biryani and complementary dessert and drink as it was my husband’s birthday. As they decorated the room beautifully. Special thanks to Jaskaran, Rishika and the cutest guard Birmati ji who helped us with professional looking pictures.

The road conditions are pretty bad to reach the resort and also they should have more food options

The room and pool was excellent

No activities for kids or otherwise . There should be evening music or high tea with some get together for enjoyment

The property was grand. Breakfast was quite flavourful.

The service was quite slow. Even after repeated complaints they didn’t do anything about the room temperature. The room was not cold enough

Overcrowded, focus of staff is on attending to weeding guests. Service was poor

Great luxury hotel, with very good facilities.Suites are comfortable and large enough.Semi private pool Suites are actually the best value for money in summers

More dining options and more space for dining. The breakfast attendance is almost always beyond capacity, and guests are made to wait until the staff makes arrangements.
