I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rivlet in Gurugram, and it exceeded my expectations! The property is located in a prime area, making it easy to access all the key spots in the city, including Cyber Hub, MG Road, and Galleria Market. Whether you’re in Gurugram for business or leisure, the location is highly convenient.The rooms at Rivlet are well-furnished, clean, and spacious, with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the décor and the overall ambiance creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.What really stood out to me was the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. They also had excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, making my stay even more enjoyable.For those who enjoy nightlife or casual dining, the area has a vibrant vibe, and the name "Tipsy Inn" feels like a perfect reflection of the cheerful and relaxed energy of the place.Overall, Rivlet is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Gurugram. Highly recommended for both solo travelers and groups!

Nothing is good

Very bad room not clean flys everywhere The room was dirty and not clean Ac didn’t work All hair on the floors and bed Washrooms had no water all night even after telling the manager he dint do anything very rude staff all in all it’s the worst place I ever stayed in

Totally different as shown in the picture The worst washroom seems like a public washroom they change is 3600 rs and provide us Haunted rooms

Don't book this hotel every booking.com is going worse day by day to add these hotels

Although I have booked with booking.com and came in the evening after a long travel, check-In was refused because I am a foreigner. A much more expensive hotel in a crowded location was suggested instead.

Good location especially if you want a hotel near the airport area.

The water pressure in the bath room was very less. Took 15 min just to fill a bucket.Lot of noise from outside the room.

Simply the most unhygienic, dirty and extremely smelly hotel of my life First things first, I strictly don't recommend this hotel to anyone. It does not seem to be a hotel at all. The experience seemed like a slum visit. Rs 1800 money totally gone down the drain. Taking customers and their money for granted. Owner seemed to be a good lady who called for feedback after the visit. But the ground staff, reception workers are full of excuses. 1) Lecherous and perverted staff members peep at you like you are some object2) I clicked a few images of the room I was in, just in case staff makes excuses later on. There is concrete proof to back my terrible experience. Here's what can be seen in the images. a) Smoking smell choking the roomb) Broken walls, leaky surfacesc) Extremely dirty tablesd) Floor brimming with dust all arounde) Unchanged bedsheetsf) Dirtiest almirahs g) Smelly pantry h) Dysfunctional A/Ci) TV model 2008 in total state of disrepair  3) Even the exterior of the compound is rotting with algae and wearing off of wallsVery very disappointed. Wish there was a way to get the money back.

I have paid advance Rs 533 as advance but they took full amount from me further, I have coupons of 10% they refused to utilise that

Staff was asking extra amount. Above the booking price and daily demand was changing. Even after agreeing on a price they repeated asking commission amount.

The room smelt like cigarette when I checked in and the towel provided was fully wet.

I didn't like this propertly, but then I went to their different property rivlet inn by fab hotels. That was nice.

Rooms, cleaning was not there. Poor hotel.

Good location near good food, Cyber City, and the airport.Does the job for a layover.

It's quite basic for the price.Noisy.Booking.com platform communication with the hotel quite difficult.

Room was large size

Cockroaches moving freely in the room. We had late checkin on 1st December at midnight. There was No lighted board or signs. Reception manager was rude and was uncooperative. Took 1 hour to provide extra bed. Flush was leaking

Very disappointing service by bookings.com. the booking was cancelled even after payment. The customer care is of no help. Waste of money and above all the platform bookings.com is of no use. No answer received from customer care when need be ,no refund received of the booking amount.
