Staff offered quick service and were friendly. Good standard of cleanliness. Room was a nice size.

There was a terrible smell of drains in the bathroom that appeared strongly each time water was run. It was overpowering, we told the staff but it appears there was not much they could do. Guests should not have to put up with this when they have paid for a stay it was very unpleasant. The bed linen and towels were very old and had some stains, holes and threads coming out - they need replacing.

The room was nice and big as I booked the deluxe room

Other than the room being spacious, it had nothing more to it especially bathroom sink getting clogged. I asked for staff to come and check to which they told me there is no staff

The Place was well maintained, clean and tidy. Location was good and just right for my requirement of work which was located less than 2 kms away and was hence convenient. Uber cabs had no difficult in locating the place.

There was no restaurant to eat and dine and all food was served in the room. This was a bit inconvenient as there is limited table space for two in the room and we had to take turns even for breakfast but I am not complaining.

ROOM WAS LIKE A REFREGERATOR. AS FRONT OFFICE PERSON SAID HE DONT HAVE ROOM HEATERSMATTERES WAS WET DUT TO COLD WEATHER. LOW MATTRESS POSITION.

food was pathetic.Room size for suite was inadequate. It had to have a separate area. No Coffee machine or kettle. once kettle given the associated ingredients, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar etc. was never suppliedIn bathroom, no dental kit, shaving kit, combined bath and shampoo. 2-3 small (ultra) bottles kept for 3 nights

I got delighted with the customer centric approach of the staff. Property is good and their flexibility to adjust booking days is exceptional service. I booked for 3 nights but i had to leave early. Staff did the booking change and only charged for 2 nights.

well, there are lot of stuffs which didn’t like. When i booked it showed everything but I didn’t get. No hot water , no refrigerator and when i asked for hot water , they gave me a bucket of hot water without any mug. how can i use hot water? even i paid 6000 rupees for two night but i stayed only one night.They should have mentioned on the hotel page .Even there was electric kettle but what is use of kettle if there is no coffee or tea pouch and sugar. so future customers be careful.

The room was spacious.

The bedding was of very poor quality, cobwebs in the washroom, Bath towels of a bad quality,”. the reception fails to fulfil the requirements in first go.

The property is good.

The hotel does not provide anything I.e. TV system is not activated, water is not provided, no coffee/tea in the room, no hair dryer in the room. We had to call at least 3 times on the reception everytime we required anything. Also there was a blackout for about an hour .. how can a hotel do this when u charge a bomb ?

The location is little inside and if you are not from Delhi the cab drivers take you for a ride.

nothing … my experience was pathetic.

Everything. First, i booked a room with a balcony. at the time of checkin i was told that because the property was almost sold out as they had wedding booking, hence they gave my balcony room to someone else and i was given another room. since we didn’t have any other option at that time. thus we checked into the room that was provided to us. They took almost 1 hour to give us the room and there was no one to cater to our needs. Then when we ordered something from room service, they took like forever to bring our food and that too was not satisfactory. we had to call the room service at least thrice to get extra sugar pouches in the meanwhile our tea got cold. room was also not in a good shape. there was no table in the room. the lights were half working . no proper lighting in the room. we wanted to have some leisure time to relax and unwind. But instead we came back more tired. It feels like my money was totally wasted. i paid 3800/- for something which was not even worth 38/-. Booked something and got something entirely different

Very clean and pleasant hotel. The staff is also very friendly, the atmosphere is very pleasant.
