- I didn’t know that this property only accommodated Indian citizens. Me my husband and my son came to this hotel at 11 pm, very tired, straight from airport. But at the time of check in they said they do not accommodate the Nepali citizens, which was very shocking. They said that it’s mentioned in the end of booking.com description which was not shown while we made booking. So it was very unfortunate moment for us and we had to look for another property at night.
- They said they transferred us to a different hotel in the middle of the night without prior initimation .
- We had a very poor experience with the proper the property. It was full of mosquitos, dirty linens, stained and damaged walls.It was an unsafe place and we had no other option then to LEAVE the property within an HOUR.

Everything was nice.. hotel staff was very cooperative.. room was very clean.. location is also good.. 2 min walking from mg road metro station..

The property is located very near to the cyber city hub and all the important locations in Gurgaon..Access to transportation was very easy..
Washrooms could be better.. rest everything was satisfactory.

Overall the rooms need an upgrade, curtains had a lot of dust, old mattress and beddings (I could also see spots on the bedsheet), cleanliness of cupboards, buckets in the bathroom were the dirtiest.

The room I got at first had a foul smell, even the bathroom was stinking. I asked them to change the room which they did. The second room was clean.

No lift. Very ordinary rooms. Maitainance required in the toilet. Our toilet shower head was not working properly. It was jammed.
