Very supportive staff. Clean rooms. Good location.

Room service was available later in the night as well

Two mattresses were used to make a single big bed. It was very annoying as every time I moved the space between the mattresses increased.You don't expect such services from such good brands. Disappointed.

The pictures are misleading they were taken long back.They don't have a bar or a swimming pool.And the whole hotel public area needs some maintenance to do , paints are coming off, couches and carpets in the lobby are dirty and dusty. Their rooms are pretty good, clean tidy, and look good too.

Rooms and bed linens were clean, toilet was comfortable; Food was good; Location not properly marked in Google maps -- taxis take longer to find the hotel. Staff were helpful.

WiFi was not the best; Bath towels were old;

Breakfast was Very Good.

The bathroom water was clogging. It seems levelling not done properly and water also coming out to dry area.Also a particular stink was there in bathroom.

It’s spacious but in a very bad shape

The furniture is old broken, curtains dirty, sofas very dirty, linen stinks, towels stink, shower not working properly.

There is a lots of point to focus on 1) Main Lobby Airconditioner was not working hence it was suffocating no fresh air or ventilation during this time 2) Lift had no air circulation system both elevator 3) lots of dust patch were seen in and around dining area furniture 4) water patch marks on walls sides / leakage 5) exterior walls of the building need lot of repair 6) power sockets were on headrest of bed 7) wooden floor was damaged which was not expected at the class or brand hotel. 8) pricing of 4 star but cleanliness and facility and maintenance needs to be specially looked upon 9) the staff and service at the breakfast time was very slow as there were only 07 guest at the dining area and everyone was complaining for some or the other thing the approach to solution was quiet causal 10) breakfast table ware were missing Rest it's a good place for a night stay someone who wants only bed.

Rooms are pretty average, nothing great!

The place is in a village, very old - never a Radisson feel, the exterior never looks the way it is! Filled with dust and old, the rooms are pretty good but again for the price - food and beverages was not included, view is terrible with old mediocre houses around! Not a good feeling and the location is terrible.

It’s a very bad hotel, they are spooling the name of park inn , whole night mosquitoes were eating us, bad stinking bed, stinking bathroom, insipid breakfast

The items provided in the Breakfast were sufficient as per the hotel rates

The size of rooms and washroom were very small in comparison with your other hotels

Not worth staying all room was wet for whole Night the dampness on floor and the Ceiling.

Pathetic service , unhygienic and the staff was very unorganised

There was no valet available on arrival, I had to self park the car in basement 2 and walk up the ramp. There was a lizard inside room wardrobe. Then staff denied the request for 2nd room key. I ordered coconut water which never arrived . Overall very poor experience.

Break fast was ok, they upgraded my room free of charge. The hotel itself looks beautiful from the inside.

The hotel towels are very old and not clean at all, no toiletries were provided.

Pleasant

Although , a double bed room was booked , but they charged separately 1500rs extra on checking in stating that the booked amount was for single person... if I'm paying for an entire room with a 2 bed capacity, why should hotel charge me extra??

The Room Service was good

Intrusion of Privacy and not safe.One of the housekeeping staff entered by just keying in their master key while we were occupying the room. This happened in the morning while we were awake. How does the staff enter with the room card when they are not supposed to. Though the higher up apologized for the same after I complained, but the staff who entered with the key did not even apologize.I suggest, please take care when u are residing as it is unsafe as anyone enters the room without our knowledge.
