Bathroom was always smelly.Not clean, shower door didn't close properly so, water would spill out a lot. Also, the drain was clogged, so it took a few minutes to drain.

Tasty food, spacious rooms but not clean

I stayed here with my Family, Staff was very supportive especially Pooja , Preeti , Chef Soumya Ranjan and Restaurant Manager. They helped us to take care of the diet of our kid and was very supportive for meeting all our requirements. Thankyou for all the help and hospitality through our stay

South of Delhi and easier to travel to Mathura early in the morning.

It was too warm in June and could not benefit from outdoor activities including pool

Property was really bad, we booked a non smoking room but we still found cigarette buds in the room, room was not properly cleaned, and had smoke as we entered. When complained the staff about the same, there was no resolution provided. Intercom was also not working.

Neat and clean, Good food, Helpful staff. All required amenities are there.Forgot my 2nd small phone on the first day was undisturbed.

House keeping had to be told to fix the lights which didn't work. Shower door leaks water, flooding the floor outside.Kettle switch hard.TV has no English channel except WION.

We were charged twice for the stay, one we paid through UPI transaction & we were charged again through our credit card the next day. I sent an email for the same, also talked to a representative from the hotel & also messaged on the booking.com app. but no action was taken..I did not get my money back. Till now there is no contact from the property.

The facility is not managed properly, there was no dental kit provided by default, no shampoo on request also, tv was not working in the sitting area.Beer is not chilled, no coaster no provided anywhere

Kids play area with ample open space, food and facilities.

I made a booking for 2 adults and 3 kids and mentioned there ages also and made the booking according to that but still I paid . There were no facilities to enjoy.

Food was very good and staff was good and even rooms were good.

Menu of the breakfast should be expanded with sausages, chicken fries etc

Food tasted very good but lacked variety. Hopefully, once Covid recedes and tourists and visitors start knocking doors of LT, the menu will have mutton and salmon

Spacious,neat n clean . Thr deluxe suite is extra spacious and value for money .

They shd add sum more variety of food items to the menu .

Total money waist and time

Lemon Tree, Gurgaon is the first five start hotel with the worst service I have ever seen in my life. The manager gave the key to the room in which someone was already there. After that they did not even apologize. I would suggest that no one should make their booking for their money in this hotel or in any branch of Lemon Tree. The amount of money you book online, at the time of check-in at the hotel, you ask for more money in the name of different taxes.Do not waste your time n money in such kind of hotels “jo five-star k nam par lut te hai….”
