Skycity Hotel

The staff was super friendly and quick to respond on any request. For me as a business traveller a hidden gem in Gurgaon. The breakfast is good and also caters for international (continental) requirements. All good is freshly made, with fresh ingredients and made and served with love. The room is fine, its a bit older but everything is working properly and i love the bed! Matras is top quality. Room cleaning is super, coming back after meetings in a fresh room. And laundry service was fine, same day delivery. They will see me again for sure.

I recently stayed at your hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the jacuzzi facilities. The jacuzzi was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of sightseeing. The serene ambiance added to the overall enjoyment of the jacuzzi session. It was truly a delightful way to unwind.Overall, my experience with both the jacuzzi and Japanese cuisine was exceptional. I had a wonderful experience at the Skycity hotel .Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! The buffet breakfast is very nice and tasty. The hotel WIFI speed was very good. The rooms were comfortable.

Every thing was superb

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am so this was a big plus.Service top notch as always.Bed comfort can not be beat.The breakfast is delicious ,big variety.The room was clean and had the usual tea/coffee making facilities and air conditioning.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.They have wide facilities like also have gym,club and bar facility along with you can also order japanese food..thanks ti skycity to make my stay wonderful

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.By far the best experience of staying at a hotel. Everything was perfect from rooms to location to staff... Waste of money

Nothing was working there even the telephone was not working we had to call them through our personal phone after that jacuzzi was not working. It just spoiled our day. fridge was not working the whole day went calling someone to rectify something.

It is one of the best hotel in Gurgaon near to MG road metro station. Location is very centralized and ofcourse this hotel is absolutely amazing in terms of ambience and amenities. We enjoyed spa gym and the rooms were also very neat and clean beds were also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and General Manager of Hotel Ms Veena Koul Ma'am is an amazing human being always taking care of minute details. The food was also great both multicuisine and Japanese. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room size was big, very neat and clean, all facilities in the room were working good. I had a good night's sleep. Staff were very polite, service very prompt.

Food was not at all upto the mark. Buffet dinner was just so so. Not enough variety. Buffet breakfast was specially very bad. Not enough variety. Not even one dish was tasty.The Idli was hard as a stone. They need to add Eno powder in the batter to make it soft. But why doesn't the chef already know this? The sambhar was obnoxious and extra salty. The paneer paratha was thin and hard. The bhature were not good, the chhole were not soft and were extra salty.So I settled for some safe stuff. Had some fruits namely papaya and watermelon , 2 boiled eggs , 2 toasts with butter and a cup of tea.This hotel drastically needs to improve their kitchen.I would suggest them to hire a few Punjabi or Garhwali chefs who are known to be experts in their craft.

Poor

Most of the staff cannot understand English It took 3-4 hours on arrival to get the wifi and have the AC actually blowing colder air. The AC switches off several time a night, I woke up each time in a 28° room. No AC in common areas. Very dirty place as you can see in the pictures, I didn’t take a picture of the blanket which was of same kind. I won’t recommend this place to anyone

The lie of presenting the hotel as 4 star

Nice room and good food.

Staff at front desk somewhat rude. Tried to charge me for the room even though I had already paid. Claimed that the free meal was not included. Wait staff was nice front desk not so much.

Location and parking area was decent.

Rooms were tiny. Frequent power loss made it extremely difficult.

Breakfast was so good. Rooms are just wow...

Food location are perfect
