The room smelled. It wasn’t maintained. The corridor area was littered with used plates, etc.

The best part of the whole stay was the breakfast, minimal but sufficient, the breakfast staff was very cordial and helpful.

two things to be mentioned here, firstly we had to ask for the towels, they should have been in the room at the time of check in, secondly please take care of dogs in front of your hotel particularly in the night

Overall, a completely disappointing stay

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely pathetic. The room was in terrible condition – old, poorly maintained, and felt suffocating. The washroom was a nightmare: the water outlet was not working, and after a shower the entire area was drowned in water, making it extremely inconvenient and unhygienic. Even the TV was useless as the wiring was faulty and not functioning at all. To make matters worse, the food quality was very poor and nowhere close to acceptable standards. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they carry out major renovations and service improvements.

Extremely bad service from Hotel Staff. They denied our booking confirmation and mentioned their rooms are full. They transferred us to other Saltstayz chain which was pathetic and not a place where family can stay. I asked for refund which they denied and transferred to other chain of their hotel. After a long flight from 12 pm check in we finally got to check in at one of their hotel at 6 pm….Will never stay at any of their group hotels

Cleanness is okay location wise is also fine

Ac is not working and room service is very bad it take almost one hr for coffee and grill sandwich

This hotel not belongs 3 star rating is belong to star rating because the room is totally packed no ventilation the toilet commode is broken no facility provide the supervisor who checked me in the night is behave and body language is also not good and so many things I can tell still they did not send my bill copy to my email address they forget to charge me breakfast on 14th March I am very honest person I tell them you did not charge me 14 March online breakfast they said it's ok sir it's already done I cannot edit now but I still request please take that money also online and then I pay and then he said to me I will send your bill copy to your email address still is not received it and the second breakfast in the morning 8 to 10 it will take to hours for me to finish my breakfast I can't believe the kitchen is very slow to prepare your order if you order any other item like masala dosa paratha omelette whatever it will take plenty extra time the kitchen is very slow it's okay what you expect so far so good thank you

they called and changed location of the property to one that was 10 km away which maddest very inconvenient . inspire of me informing booking.com no action was taken by you .

No wardrobe at rooms , just hangers were there on wooden plank board. And considering the price they could have included the breakfast too .

They didn’t gave me room in the booked property. They should have given to someone else. Then they given me room in another property of same management. The room, linen and towels were not clean

Could have been a bit cleaner. Could still see strands of hair on the bed. Towels didn't feel clean. The toilet seat was broken.

This place is offered to couples on hourly basis, the room has a weird sweat smell, the food is horrible and we were forced to eat there. The room sheets were stained and hair lying around the entire room

Average buffet, very limited choices, and average quality, not good. No juices, no fruits, no chutney provided with idli. Very disappointed.Room service, tea, coffee, meal choices, though we had dinner included but the choice of dishes that we could order from was very few. Even the rooms were not as spacious as shown in pics. Average hotel.
