Mostly good and we enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and had a good view - try to get a higher floor. Owners are helpful and dedicated. Staff for the most part is helpful and kind. We were satisfied with our stay. I liked that the whole family could stay in one room and we were all comfortable. We also booked a camel safari through the hotel and they organized transport etc. I think the location was good as it is in the old part of town near the market.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Not much on offer; one day they did not have any fruit but I am sure it would have cost the same as if it did. But you can get a la carte, which we did for a bowl of cereal and some toast. Also the first night dogs were fighting all night long. I didn't sleep. One staff member had to call the boss for every single thing/question/interaction. took us forever to check out.

Very beautiful hotel. One of the largest and nicest room I’ve stayed in India. The restaurant was excellent.

Speaking in terms of international travelers thought…Car parking only on street and the outside hotel surrounding is fully dirt filled . Dinner food was good. Complementary breakfast was not that great( was dry ). Also linens and towels can be upgraded.

The room was clean and spacious with a nice view of the Fort. The staff was nice. I forgot my charger and they were nice enough to save it for me until I could pick it up. Location was close to all the attractions.

The breakfast had very limited options. But the main issue was the hygiene. The staff was drying the cups with a tissue but then touching the inside with the hands. Sneezing, touching their snot with their hands and afterwards touching the food, cups, etc. The hot water from the coffee machine for tea was dirty, which makes you wonder if they'd ever cleaned the machine at all cause you couldn't see it when you were served coffee. We asked for the room to be made and they didn't even change the sheets and we knew because the sheets had spots and they were still there afterwards. There were power outages three or four times while we were there.

Loved staying here. Great location. helpful staff. Friendly guys. Good location for sightseeing.

Airport taxi fare was way high but considering the location of the hotel I let it slide.

Since we stayed in August there weren't many guests so, there wasn't evening entertainment during the dinner time.

The location was a little hard to find, but it was close to the tourist spots. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

Great sized room and one of the better bathrooms of the trip. Location is close to stepwell!

The wifi has an issue keeps dropping bed is not comfortable in my room They join 2 single bed to make it 1 double bed also mattress is not comfortable..Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Internet is poor in room. Dropping frequently. Need more items in menu and price needs to be reasonable.

The staff Is nice and the location is great. Good cuisine and the view from the rooftop is amazing.

My room was comfortable but a little dirty. The room at ground floor was very noisy, the windows are old and not isolated. There was also a problem with ants. I asked the stuff for an upgrade, they made me pay an extra charge to have a new room which was nicer and quieter.

Lavish on reception is capable.

330ml Kingfisher beer was 320 Rs in this hotel. When I asked I was told it was because of tax. In Heritage Gouri hotel nearby, 650ml Kingfisher was 250 Rs. Not good to be ripping off the customer. Room could be cleaner and breakfast had few options. I moved to Heritage Gouri hotel.

The location of the hotel is fabulous -- about a 15 minute walk up to the fort. Our room also had an amazing view of the fort from our window/sitting nook. It's also only about a 5 minute walk to the market area and the beautifully renovated stepwell. The free breakfast was really tasty, and we also did dinner on the roof one night which was excellent as well. We also took advantage of the cooking class offered by the owner and really enjoyed ourselves. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent heat/pressure.

You definitely need to hire a tuktuk rather than a car to get to the hotel -- the streets in the old city are too narrow for most modern vehicles. The hotel did send me a note telling me that, but I didn't have cell service when we arrived in Jodhpur, so we ended up having to switch our car for a tuk tuk on our way there. Not a huge inconvenience, but just be aware!

Superb, immaculate condition. Staff welcoming and informative,arranged excellent driver to udaipur, recommends on visits and timings,outstanding on my trip.

Nothing not to like

Location close to Main Market.

Surroundings not very clean. Lot of dogs (specially if you walk out early morning or night). Garbage collection closeby gives a foul smell.
