Om Heritage Haveli

Fresh Air and really makes good feel

Visiting Jodhpur was one of the best decisions my wife and I ever made. That being said, our experience was elevated by staying in the middle of all the authenticity it has to offer at Om Heritage . The staff and the heritage home are such a breath of fresh air and it really makes you feel as though you were transported into a story book. The best view of Jodhpur hands down is the roof top of om heritage , overlooking the entire city and its beauty. Whenever we decide to go back, we will come back here.

I'll never forget the experience I had here, which was nothing short of amazing. From the views, food, hospitality and location I really don't know how we lucked out so hard! Everything about our Jodhpur trip was complete because of staying at om heritage haveli. We met some amazing people and made some life long friends, we tasted incredible authentic Rajastani food, and most importantly made memories for a life time. I can't wait to return in the near future and stay here again!

Hotel staff was very generous and well behaved. They offered us free pickup from station at 2 am night. Food was good. Beautiful roof top view of Mehrangarh fort while having your dinner. Overall best hotel to stay.

NA

The staff were courteous and the rooftop view is excellent.

There were no windows in the room, leading to no ventilation. On asking for room cleaning service, the bedsheets weren't changed. Hot water is properly available only in morning, but in the evening they take alot of time to switch the geyser on. Food is decent but very slow.

Disappointing

Bathroom was blocked & not cleaned. No cable connection on tv

NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY

pathetic room, bathroom, impolite staff at the reception.

Pleasant

Staff attitude is lackadaisical. You can end up waiting an entire day and night for towels if you don’t go down to the reception and grab it yourselves

I like that it is an old haveli - it has just recently opened after covid and the kitchen was opened just a couple of days earlier! i was the first western guest post covid so they were very happy to have me there. the manager Aasif i out of his way to be of assistance - even taking me to the bazaar on his bike to help me to buy an extra luggage! Obliging barely covered it and making guests feel welcome is a great thing in the hospitality business.they have a rickshaw on site and he charged reasonable prices to take guests around. the rooftop restaurant has a great view of the fort and on cold nights they bring a brazier with a small fire to warm you.it’s all very easy and friendly in big rooms and everything is renovated

everything was fine

The outer infrastructure was really good.

Rooms weren’t up to the mark.
