Indana Palace Jodhpur

Staff were exceptional. Especially the restaurant staff. They go over and above for you. So kind and friendly. The young lad at the pool also really good. Decor, style, ambience all fantastic. Great artwork and authentic vibe.

Areas such as main doors and windows etc could be cleaned a bit more often. Pool.area needs some work. An outside bar or dining area would have been such a nice experience but this is not available. There is so much lovely roof top space so I highly recommend this.

The rooms were big, clean and tidy. I had called one of the staff as an emergency for the rooms and he helped me get 4 rooms at short notice. That was incredible helpful and nice of him.

The options for breakfast less and the wait time for and egg or a dosa would take over 15-20 min generally while the staff disinterested to assist inspite of few reminders.

I had always been staying in best properties of Rajasthan, Indana was my worst stay ever.• There wasn't a guard to welcome and open the gate.• Ambience was so dead, they don't even put the light on during day at the reception. It was so shady. • Breakfast Buffet had limited options and that too super common. We stayed for two nights and the breakfast was same on both the days. Sambar was stale. • Location was so dead with no basic amenities nearby. • Food at the restaurant is super expensive. I was down with fever so I ordered khichdi from Zomato..I called the reception and they said they won't deliver to room, please come and collect by yourself. • Bird droppings were lying around the swimming pool that was stinking. And many more sad experiences

Cleaniness, Property is old and not so well maintained. Bathrooms are old and with curtains .

It was totally clean and with all the required amenities. staff was very much helpful in everything. and we enjoyed the stay.one bonus is that the hotel is in line with the runway, so you might see some fighter jets flying around with a nice view.

there was nothing to not like. it is outside the main city. but near the airport.

The architecture.Not the design of the building.

Very noisy, because I was told that it is a marriage destination and hence booked by marriage parties constantly blaring loud music which can be heard till late night in the room.

Stay was good. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Swimming pool and other amenities are good.

The TV was giving some noise. Complained but it was not attended. May be maintenance could have been better on the amenities.

Its a very nice hotel with lots of old style. The food was awesome. The rooms were clean and very nice cleaning buddys.

The staff were very very rude and were not working well. Always on the telephone and not listening the guest.The tables were not attending and if you wanted to have something you have to say please and discuss with them why we need this.Swimmingpool was dirty and the person who was supposed to clean was always on the mobile and listening to music. Everywhere was birds S*** on the ground. Could be much better.

It was nice experience staying in this palace hotel as we have been there before too in 2015 . Food is amazing and also the staff is co-operative. If you are visiting jodhpur and want some high class hotel then this is good choice in budget.

It is a very good hotel in Jodhpur for family stay. Rooms are big, clean.

The place stands for its name. It's indeed a palace. The hospitality and maintenance of the property is the best.

The place is slightly far away from the city. You will have to drive down 6 km to reach the place. Apart from that I have not seen any other hotel that comes close to this.

Wifi speed could be better, location wise it was very far and on secluded road - overall lesser value for money

the property was beautiful, hospitality was great, the staff were on their feet to help. Rooms were clean and all amenities were provided.

The place is 10 minutes away from the main city making travelling a bit problematic since the cabs charge extra. The buffet menu could add some non vegetarian items.

The service and staff is friendly.

The property is not maintained very well. Though the extravagant property is a visual treat, more so in pictures, in reality the property pales into disappointment given the maintenance and lack of finesse in almost every respect.
