The breakfast was varied and brilliant and edible

The bathroom with shower in the slippery bath needs updating, water does not not drain in the basin or the bath, floor very slippery

nice breakfast....Another our room no 705 bed sheet is very bad in one bed that bed sheet is very bad conditionYou have to chek all room.& be fore chek in once again you have to chek. this not good for hotelBrand. Other thing is very best

The pool is small, Roof Top Cafe

Breakfast was delicious and the staff was courteous. Over enjoyed food.

Swimming pool was uncovered with lot of Pigeon Poo in the pool, the shower area was dirty with leftover cans therein, moreover it was a smoking area which my children did not like as they could not ask other guest not to smoke.

Morning Buffet is so good ?? its quiet near the railway station. although it was a 1 day stay but all good

Breakfast was ok but need lot of improvement spread was very limited , location was decent .

Evening time very noisy from opposite club loud music played that will be disturbing , Front desk staff was very inexperienced she even doesn't know how to take a bill print, my lot of time consumed to give me my final bill print but she cant , then i informed her to send me soft copy on my WhatsApp but till now i have not received .

NOTHING NOTHING NOTHINGBecause Only Night Manager and Night boy for Luggage was helpful and very good.Night room service is very unprofessional and totally dont know how to talk to customers i ordered 2 cup of tea. Person from Room service said we dont have milk stock and when i said i can bring milk from market for you then after sometime he sent my order. Really pathetic service.In morning i requested 6 times housekeeping for Iron but no one bothered about that and when i reqstd for 7th time then they gave Iron. Also i ordered brown beard and butter in morning. They said we dont have brown bread then again when we asked do you anything in your kitchen because for everything you are denying then after sometime they sent me brown bread and butter.They always at first refused for everything and when customers got angry then they have everything.Totally harassment by Fern Jodhpur Staff. Totally waste of money. Dont stay in this property ever. Better to donate that money to some needy.

The manager at reception was helpful in helpful us make our day’s itinerary. Good options he gave.

Mandatory payment of gala dinner of inr 4000. The gala dinner was very bad , not at all worth such a hefty amount. Food wasn’t good - may be worth inr 1000. Overpriced. Dj was too loud to be of any comfort to even enjoy the music and sit in the bar. Earlier they had committed that alcohol is included but on the property they declined. Had to argue with them to agree to include alcahol.

They didn't get me a late checkout of 3 hours even though I had requested at the time of booking. Restaurant food is not up to the level of 3 star + hotel. Food rates are very high and quality is poor.

Pathetic Service

Worst Service , waited for food for more than one and half hour ,Door keys won’t open , Buffet menu is worst and rooms are not cleaned

Very poor

I was given a key on arrival and was told to go to my room on the 3rd floor. I had very less luggage so I could manage without a porter. I did not like my room so I called the reception to change my room. They told me to take the adjacent room. I asked for a key for the adjacent room. I was told the same key will work. I was surprised. The same key worked. But what about safety. That means any one can come in any room with any key. I asked them. They had no reply. It was quite uneasy experience. I will not want to stay in such a place again.

Not recommended

They charged us 25% of the room price because we needed an early check in ( we did the check in at 8:30 AM instead of 2 PM because my mother was feeling sick). Internet connection was really bad. The WiFi connection is available only for 30 min, after that you need to reinsert the user and WiFi password again. Really annoying internet connection. Cleaning need to be improved (in particular in the bathroom). Bad location.

Worst

The ac wasn’t working. It was a torcher. They had to come many times to check it, There was water filled in the Ac which they had to remove for it to work. Because of all this, We weren’t able to sleep at all as it was hot, and they had to come for the water problem.

The property ws not good, no area to relax in propertyRoom size was too small It was just a building with 8floors not of Fern standard property of what we are used toBreakfast buffet sevice was not good, shortstaffed as well And despite all these shortcomings the bill was expensive (about which we knew beforehand , but were willing to pay expecting good service/property , but were highly disappointed!!And we have already booked our stay (before going for Jodhpur) at Fern Dwarka in Nov end with advance payment and now we are in doldrums after this fern jodhpur experience!!

Breakfast was fine. But could be better if they take care of cleanliness and make sure breakfast is served hot to the guests.

I didn't like the rooms were worth of money I paid at the property and on my offline one-day extend they said no availability of rooms I paid around 4500 per day with taxes still rooms were not put my expectations and this was my second stay at the fern residency Jodhpur. In comparison to my last stay, this was my worst experience.

Food was good. Comfort was good. Staff was very good.

The mini locker in almirah was broken. There was no sliding door in the washroom. I don't know if it was supposed to be there or not. In website, it shows that the room has a balcony , while actually there is none.

Nothing else

All rooms are very dirty room are smell very bad. Room it's too small not comfortable and service it's very slow.bed not comfortable.

Rooms were okay .location was okay . staff was good but they were not equipped for full occupancy.

Bar and lounge just above guest rooms and that too was not in the control of Hotel management . It is impossible to bear the loud party music when you try to sleep after full busy day !
