Very tired hotel and needs refurbishment. Prices high without the amenities and outdated in may ways

Very nice property. Good support from staff, driver and reception.

A bit of improvement is needed in the toilet accessories.

Nice property and good location

Rooms were tired and bed mattress was worn out.Hotel staff were wonderful and changed the mattress the next day.

Staf were very Good. Food was very good. They were ready to serve our kid with customised item as well. Actually, people says Jodhpur has very good street food & in other hotel considered better. However, We tried at least 5-6 other places and at last found Hari Mahal is best in all.

Spa location & Upkeeping. It is high time for Taj to renovate the spa & gym area. All other is is great.

Good size rooms, nice facilities, good restaurant and a nice shop in the lobby from where you can buy souvenirs at a good price.

Like most 5 stars in India the rooms are a bit updated and they are not as clean as you would expect from a 5 star hotel but this is what it is.

The overall Taj experience was fantastic. Great food and service.

The spa steam room and shower rooms need some serious cleaning. Definitely needs looking into!!!

The property was nice, clean and beautiful. The staff were courteous specially Mr Neeraj, Gaje Laxman , Ummed. It was well lighted. The food was excellent.

There wasn’t anything per se for the children. There was one magic show. But nothing per se to play. Even food wasn’t child friendly.

Gorgeous property - so good that the courtyard smoking zone deserves videography!! We requested for an upgrade to poolside room which they obliged. Every top hotel of Rajasthan has a poolside evening event but here the performers are of top class. Another surprise is the garment shop offers street price which we have never seen elsewhere. I salute Taj’s endeavour to stop plastic use; even the comb is wooden (and often breaks, ha ha).

Taj group runs a social welfare scheme here and trains local youth. Sometimes they are a bit de-synchronized with the other highly professional staffs.

Most of the staff was very good, especially house keeping and front desk. They went extra mile to make me feel good and help me celebrate my bithday by decorting our room and serve cake.

Towels can be better, those seems very worne out.

Location is excellent,close to the airport as well as to the city center.The property is well designed/scenic.Service is very good,esp.housekeeping(Mr.Marender),and Restaurant staff(Mr.Gaje,Suman)delighted us with theirservice.

Toilet is old style,fitments need to be replaced/modernised.Hot water came even in cold tap.Breakfastwas good,but more is expected from a TAJ Hotel,esp.the quality of bakery items.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. We booked city tour and inter city transfer both the cars and guide were very good.

Issue here is the property prioritizes conferences over individual guests. I am an international traveler and made my reservation months ahead and despite that I was allotted a rundown room, especially bathroom that was not upgraded had broken rusted tub and faucet in the washbasin would turn on with full force and spill water everywhere making the entire bathroom messy, this was a very unpleasant experience and I had to press the manager for a change of room both for myself and my parents which he could not do until next day 3pm. So we all did not shower till we got the new room. Totally waste of time and energy checking out multiple rooms till i found a decent one that we could stay in. Also my husband went down with stomach bug after the dinner on day 1. So I am not confident of the food preparation quality. The staff was very helpful in taking him to the hospital and staying by my side and ensuring that he got the required treatment. Appreciate that. The management should emphasize on the upkeep and cleanliness of this property to make it a more family friendly and enjoyable for the guests.

Beautiful Hotel. Spotless inside and out.. Great staff. The best pool ever. BedRoom was fabulous, comfortable and quiet. Complimentary water and toiletries. Extensive menus. Can't really fault this stunning property.

Everything was great even the distance to the main part of town 5 to 10 mins taxi. Nice and relaxing here with plenty of space.

Was under renovation - noisy and dusty. And heavy paint smell that gave us a headache. Upon insisting our room was changed, gladly upgraded to suite. Otherwise looked like an old property in need of some upgrade.
