Singhvi's Haveli Hotel

Hotel located in the heart of the blue city. Specially for real travelers who can explore real heritage. Room decorated with nice furniture and a comfortable bed. Staff was a nice and the owner was a guide how to reach the hotel it's very easy. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

This was my favourite of the accommodation I had in India - a building hundreds of years old that felt like a true step back in time. The staff - many of them Nepalese were very friendly and courteous, and the meals were exceptional. The location in the backstreets of the old city was a welcome relief from the traffic of the main part of town. The haveli is right at the foot of the fort.

This location was referred by a friend which actually exceeded my expectations. Amazingly beautiful Haveli with 500yrs + history and heritage which they maintain beautifully. It's in the heart of blue city just few minutes away from the Mehrangarh Fort. All the blue city attractions are few minutes away. Food was amazing and chef himself talks to you about the food.

Staff were very lovely and helpful. The room I stayed in was delightful and had lots of Rajasthani style...beautiful Artwork. It was a great place to relax with a rooftop view of the Fort. I enjoyed it.

We had a family suite right overlooking the famous fort. The Haveli was quaint and could serve food and drinks any time of day. The staff was helpful with booking tuktuks and tours.

As a historic property, one must know that you won’t get very modern amenities. Hot water runs out quickly. To conserve, fill up the provided large bucket with steaming water, then use the ladle to bathe. No problem! Paintings in room may not be appropriate for some with younger children.

Since it’s an old haveli the steps are too steep and it was a problem for my mom with severe knee pain to climb the steps to reach the diner location hence we sincerely requested the authorities for a room service just for dinner time and they clearly denied even after Multiple requests. The property is not elder friendly.

Perfect location in the old city, 5 minute walk to the fort. A 550 year old Haveli, owned by the same family, beautifully preserved and decorated with modern bathroom (European toilet). Rooftop restaurant with beautiful views of the fort and city. Delicious food. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very friendly community. Best of all were the staff. We were treated like family. They arranged a walking tour guide of the blue city which was fabulous. We wish we could have stayed longer and will next time.

We loved everything and would strongly recommend but not to people with mobility problems as there are steep stairs. Cars are not allowed in this part of the city so you need to get a tuk tuk from Jalori gate to the hotel. They provide details. Tuk tuk ride was wild but fun.

A lovely Haveli in Jodhpur - the staff is very friendly and the rooms traditional and charming. The rooftop has great views over the city.

The street outside is a bit noisy, but this is easy to solve with some earplugs!

The rooftop terrace is a great place for a sunset G&T with a view of the fort. The management were very friendly and helpful, arranging transport and giving advice about the area. Everything; room, food, breakfast, laundry were all good value.

The air-conditioning unit was too noisy so we just used the ceiling fan which was fine. The bathroom light switch was inside the bathroom and there was a step down, a bit dangerous in the dark. But these are small niggles and for a budget hotel it was very good.

The location is right up close under the fort, in the narrow streets of the blue city. You are right in the middle of things: the fort, the blue buildings, the markets are close by, yet convenient for the train station. Inside this multi-level Haveli has genuine unspoiled rooms and decor, original small arched windows with shutters, a lovely rooftop restaurant as well as a breakfast area on the first floor. The bed was comfortable and no problems with hot water or Wi-Fi.The food is vegetarian and very tasty and well presented. I’m a meat lover but really enjoyed the meat-free dishes. The staff were excellent, and really made me feel welcome.

Nothing not to like, there’s two small temples close by so it can be noisy at festivals, but that’s why you come to India, right?

The staff were very hospitable and they complied with all of our requests. They were kind enough to prepare special food for our one year old. The location of the hotel is big plus, in the blue city itself making it accessible to nearby tourist places. Amazing room, wonderful staff!
