This was my favourite of the accommodation I had in India - a building hundreds of years old that felt like a true step back in time. The staff - many of them Nepalese were very friendly and courteous, and the meals were exceptional. The location in the backstreets of the old city was a welcome relief from the traffic of the main part of town. thanks

There was nothing to like ...the rooms were not clean. No towels provided, drinking water was provided. Very very unhygienic bedsheets

The only positive about this hotel is that it is a little close to the airport

The hotel was very very dirty. When we checked in there was mud on the floor, chewing gum stuck on the bathroom wall, used cigarette on the floor and there was stuff stuck to the commode which we had to flush multiple times to get rid of. There were stains on walls and pillows. Next morning we found a rat and few cockroaches too! The TV did not work in both rooms. Staff were sleeping in hallways. We had paid extra to include breakfast. We had booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Staff said their booking shows only 2 meals and refused to give us 4 breakfasts. However, after seeing the poor conditions of the eating area we did not eat even the 2 breakfasts they offered. So, we lost the extra money we had paid for 4 breakfasts for 3 days. The water was lukewarm. We did not take bath during the 3 days we stayed in the hotel. We had the worst experience of our lives. We only stayed there because we had paid close to ₹13,000 for 2 rooms for 3 days. We made sure we left early in the morning and returned late in the nightThe hotel is very run down and unhygienic. Not sure how OYO even certified this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.Heard the same from other guests who were either checking in or checking out.

A perfect stay, clean, and welcoming. A hidden gem, great experience and friendly staff.

Please do not visit here. It's a nightmare cocktail. As a believer of Booking.com's legacy. This hotel if you can even call it one, shouldn't be part of your card list for the city.

Soiled bed sheets, heavily stained chair cushions, hair laden duvet with no covers, broken walls and plugs, dead cockroaches in the closet that only fits one hanger. Ceilings filled with cobwebs, no toilet paper, no towels. This property could definitely be part of the show Hotel Hell.

Area was peaceful.

Dirty and stinky washroom, have seen spider and cockroach at washroom & bedroom. Lift sometimes not working. Reception staff was not cooperative.No wifi/internet available.Hand wash, soap not available at washroom.

The staff was amazing and helpful. Very Good place to stay. Reception members were very gentle and friendly. The room was clean and spacious.

Electrical short circuit felt at bath room water tap. IT IS a safety concern of occupants. Staffs are very good. Location not bad.

Good staffs

Even after confirmed booking we were kept waiting for check in. There was no water supply in washrooms as confirmed by people checking out of the hotel. Staff was non professional. Don't book rooms here. Even I couldn't check in as we were forced to wait as there was no staff to clean rooms.

Not a good experience

1. Room was not that clean. Infact we saw few cockroaches in the room. 2. No running hot water3. No toiletries, towels4. The lights were so dim which would be very inconvenient for the ladies to get ready5. Furnitures were old and unclean.

Food was good and the staff at the restaurant were very welcoming.

The rooms were not cleaned before checkin. The linen (bedsheet, pillow covee etc.) was also not clean. The rooms had no ventilation, no running hot water.If basic cleaning of rooms and linen was done and geyser available, it would have been a good experience

I had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service. Staff was very good and polite. Room size was very good. Will definitely come back again next time.

It was excellent, wonderful staff. Lovely experience. My stay was excellent, as the property was very calm, neat rooms, cordial staff.
