Food quality variety. Location facilities and staff.

BATHROOM stinked. Changed my room at 11pm. Not good experience. Extra bed is 2.5 k per night. Not worth the money

The property is spacious and well kept. The staff is courteous and keep an eye on the well being of their guests. The breakfast is sumptuous with a good variety. There are 2 restaurants and an outdoor Bar. Pretty good ambiance and the food is great. The local cuisine is definitely something to try. We booked a double room with a connecting door between them. My family just loves the space.

It’s not really a damper, the property is about 13kms from the airport. It being a town, the traffic isn’t a problem at all. Unlike the big cities, it takes little less than 20 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport. There’s very little Uber and Ola there. If you can rent a car, your options are so much more better. The town has a lot of great places to eat out. You can always use the hotel’s cars if you need to go out, of course at a price most star hotels charge.

Welcoming by the reception staff was very warm. Ms. Rajni did a fantastic job welcoming us. And also Mr. Praveen was very helpful to answer all our queries. They always ask us about our comfort and happiness with our stay. Really thas to all staff for making our stay enjoyable and comfy.Very delicious food in morning for the breakfast and and love the Dinner at Sholla Restaurent. Kids really enjoyed playing at kids play area and gaming zone. Evening tea arrangement was awesome.

Breakfast was very average - below what you would expect for a 5* hotel and the other hotels we have stayed in during our trip. Pastries were choke worthy.

The service was pathetic across 3 major departments. Namely- Food and beverage service, housekeeping and Front office. To start with, on the first day of stay- I asked for turn down service around 8, after waiting for a couple of hours, I was informed that the person supposed to do the turn down service is “stuck” in another room as some guests requested room cleaning. Finally, one of the housekeepers turned up at 12:30 am! The next day- After breakfast, I had forgotten my room’s key card on the table. I realised it on my way back to the room and returned to the restaurant to get it. I was informed by the hostess that she had found the key on my table and kept it safely. Upon asking for the key back, the hostess panicked and started looking for the key everywhere as she had herself misplaced it somewhere. I informed the manager that I would be waiting in the patio area and to send me the key once they find it. After waiting fr over 30 minutes in the patio and no response from the restaurant staff, I went to my parents room (adjacent to my room) and called up the front desk asking them to make a new key and send it over. After waiting for an hour and following up 3 times with the reception, I did not receive my key and finally had to call the Front office manager to my parent’s room to complain on the issue. The next day’s breakfast was nothing short of a nightmare. We were asked to occupy a table in a different part of the restaurant due to the restaurant being crowded. This was followed by hour long wait time for food to be served, no cutlery or serviettes on the table, no response from the wait staff upon asking for food or beverages from the buffet and no one to listen to. Overall, an extremely poor experience and a shocking dip in the overall service quality from ITC.

Property is big & green & beautiful.

Property is too far from the city. That’s the biggest minus point.

Size of the room. Sprawling spacious property. Receptiveness of staff. Assistance with specific requests for our infant. Prompt service. Good breakfast. Decent menu at one of the restaurant named Shola.

1. Cleanliness is not upto the hyped and stated standard. ITC claims that it has a WeAssure hygiene protocol. However, we found that the toilet was not as clean, neither were the mattresses, pillow and sheets. Furniture upholstery was stained. 2. Swimming pool is not maintained as per required standards. We saw guests enter the swimming pool wearing their regular clothes, without changing or showering before entering the water. This lack of hygiene made us avoid using the pool. 3. Staff has no understanding of DND. We kept getting calls from the staff to enquire about quality of food/ room etc. at all hours, despite switching on the DND sign and verbally requesting them not to disturb us since we had an infant in the room, who would be sleeping. 4. The complimentary afternoon is over-hyped but is a let down. The tea and coffee was mediocre and there was not accompaniment except one type of biscuit and one savoury mixture (bhujia).5. Finally, property is located in the middle of nowhere, hence accessing the city is costly and time consuming.

Location away from city. Got difficult to get cab while checking out.

The property is huge and spread out, with excellent lawns and a good swimming pool.The staff is very courteous and the front Office efficient. In house dining is well managed and prompt.Breakfast was very good with prompt service and good cuisine.

Breakfast was good, service was good, check in took bit of time and when we booked online, all the details are already available only ID card should be reqd, why the whole lot of name/address and other details need to be filled in.

swimming pool was not clean enough. and the area where water flows for cleaning which is overflow water. The area were having many insects including ants, which was not hygenic and we had to get out of pool

The overall stay was comfortable, but there is no view from room. Suppose to be wedding the next day so my view was this tent for the function.Among all the places I have traveled in India, Rajesthan has the best hospitality which continues in this hotel as well.

Nothing as such

It was a good breakfast. I liked the local influence on the offering.

I found the over-service a bit overwhelming. But one can't complain about good service. They were great

Disappointing

The food is quite frankly terrible ... Nothing changes in breakfast , terrible sausages and non veg . salads , cheese , continental and North Indian all remains the same .. apart from an odd thing here and there . Nothing changes in evening tea ( sunfeast ITC biscuit and same local namkeen everyday) We booked for 5 days and felt stuck and regretted our booking .. 1)primarily because of food and staff response ( restauarnt manager to chef and restaurant supervisor , everyone was informed about the isuse .. no one did anything apart from acknowledging) 2) the extra bed that was given to us seemed like built in stone .... Despite repeated repeated repeated requests mattress was not changed .....
