Balam cannot managed d hotel..entrance pathetic, no parking, restaurant no ppl to provide food despite of ordering food 30 minutes prior...doesn't take guest seriously. For payment only cash option they have
Nothing is good for this hotel...v v pathetic...room rate high but no service @ all..however Balam staff claims to b highly rated by makemytrip...
breakfast could have been better, it was a very limited breakfast in terms of variety, not buffet type.
All Ubers and Ola are not available at this time 8.30-9 am in the morning they simply hung up all my calls.
