Appreciated the full vegetarian menu. Rooms were spacious. Staff were friendly. Good location.

We did experience some noise issues. First night it was some furniture being moved on the floor above us making it difficult to sleep. I let the staff know. Second night no issues.

The location of the hotel is amazing.... Close to all the prominent areas of interest and airport.... Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to spend few days

Never realized that the the hotel is a pure vegetarian hotel... It's not a big deal but never knew Radisson had this kind of hotel options...Also the room I got had a very tiny limited window viewing but it was the room with twin beds which I wanted so I can't really complain about it .. overall nothing that made us upset or disappointed

Everything, the staff here, were great! Very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again. I loved the fact that they have a TV with YouTube/Netflix accounts in the gym, I didn't need to use my phone. Hadn't seen this at a 5 star before, attentive to guest needs. The property has all the facilities.

Breakfast had gotten cold by the time we had arrived. The options were good.

The front office staff was very cold. The Staff at the reception was not welcoming at all. Had a very robotic expression throughout the conversation.

The property was quite and serene. The staff was polite and friendly. Simran and Pritam along with others were great.

Everything was at par.

The bathroom was really in very bad shape. Had a shower and the whole place was flooded. Was awful trying to come out of the flooded floor.

The breakfast menu does not have enough varieties as we stayed for 5 days. Also the South Indian breakfast was not tasting authentic. The sambar was sweet, chutney, Upma, lemon rice were bland without any flavour.

Well maintained premises with clean rooms

Room 126 Duplex has a bath tub. We can’t take bath standing as there is no provision to hang the shower on the when needed. Also the bath tub should be covered with a glass partition as the water splashes the entire bathroom.

Fantastic place both for business or leisure. Near to airport only 5min drive.

All r good. Could have considered for 30mim extra for checkout(12:30) possible request rejected because possible busy business load/commitment. I wish to come back stay again.

staff are not trained. they leave your conversation mid way to attend to other customers. happened at reception and at restaurant.

The hotel doesn't have non veg options.Even the rooms are quite old.Swimming pool is completely indoor so the water is too cold in summer also to use.Even the water in swimming pool was dirty.

Excellent service very luxurious and spacious room clean neat and tidy. Loved our stay here. Very highly recommended. Staffs were very friendly. Value for money.

Hotel is outdated - doesn’t match the looks outside. We had to change rooms the first night as we found hair in the bed sheets, and the shower hot water was not working properly.Dinner at the restaurant attempted to serve us already opened wine when we ordered a new bottle.Second night in the new room the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in 40 degrees.Leaving the hotel we booked a hotel taxi to the airport - again no working air conditioning in 42 degrees heat.Staff is helpful and caring - but would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Great modern hotel. Built in a heritage style but with all the mod cons and conveniences you expect in a new hotel.Food is vegetarian but excellent and there is plenty of choice. Location is close to the airport but only a 10-15 minute drive to the clocktower in the heart of old Jodhpur.

Pool is in a central courtyard, would have been nicer if it was outside.

Highly recommend travellers to have both lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant.. excellent food.. and thanks to chef for making special food for my kid.

the pool is not ideally located as it doesnot see the sun, and very surprised that they donot serve eggs for breakfast as they said they are a vegeteranian hotel??? first time ever for me to hear anything like that....
