Clean, spacious cabin with good cooking facilities.

Either needs new mattress or new bed base. It bends in the middle. Also need medium pillow, the one that not too hard not too soft.

Good property. Clean cottage. Over all good.

Receptionist was not friendly. Bit rude

Comfortable bed. Decent linen. Friendly staff greeting on arrival. Simple accommodation in deluxe cabin with ensuite.

I really enjoyed the facility – it’s well-equipped, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was a pleasure to be there.

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the facility. It was very dirty, and I even found an old toothbrush between the shower and the sink, it looked like it had been there for quite some time. The overall cleanliness was disappointing.Other campers were making noise past midnight, and even after several warnings, they didn’t stop. We tried calling the manager multiple times, but he was never reachable. So if you have an emergency, be aware that you can’t rely on anyone from the facility.

Its a beautiful location, on the old railway station. very quiet and only a 15 minute stroll to the pub!

Easy to find

Air conditioning very noisy, shower taps didn’t work properly, no insect spray or mozzie zapper

I like how it had everything in one spot. You could walk across the street to the little general store or the hotel for a pub meal. I like how it had a pool and laundry facilities.

Good cabin, modern and comfortable.

The cabin was modern looking and very homely there was room for everyone. The beds were comfortable I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Pool was nice ? I loved the country vibe to this place and the staff were lovely helpful people ? location is good there's a nice Cafe across the road and a children's park just up from the caravan park.

The only thing I diddnt like was that there was no reception /phone service. Although I don't feel this was the caravan parks fault

Swimming pool was great! It has sunshade so it's not hot during daytime. Also BBQ facility was very good, we enjoyed it

Very weak WiFi signal in the room - almost no coverage at all

Wonderful, friendly staff. Amazing location right in the middle of the Otways.

TV wasn't working, which was frustrating (although the owner did his best to help out). Could hear the live music from the pub at the other end of town!

Very cosy, quiet and has a very cute pub brewery and general store. Highly recommend. Super cute free range eggs and honey stops on the side of the road - old school i love it.

The TV didn't work, the showers constantly drip, and the cabin needs pest spray to rid the cobwebs and spiders.

Poor wifi in the area

It was good value for money, a quiet and happy place. We also loved the local pub where we ate dinner- just down the road.

There were 5 of us so we had to be in 2 cabins, no real problem as the park put us next to each other. It was great though, just finding something for this column really!

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location very much out of the way but in perfect nature.

No contact with staff at all…

Friendly and helpful staff, well provided chalet in a fantastic location. Despite being in the middle of the campsite it was a lovely quiet stay with respectful and friendly neighbours.

Some more seating in the living area would have been nice, but we spent most of our time in the outdoor areas so it wasn't a big deal!

Great location, general store directly opposite park with great food and a bottle shop! Pub a handy short walk up the road. Park itself is beautifully kept, peaceful and green

Dish cloths for doing the dishes and so s’more normal drinking glasses in 3 bedroom cabin

The location was lovely, the beds were comfortable.

Upon arrival the reception staff was unfriendly. Our cabin was next to the dump point which was left open. Our cabin had a sewer smell. There was no outdoor furniture to sit on.
