It was clean and the room was okay

Never saw any staff. Staff never returned phone message. There was no water in our room in the morning. I have video evidence of this. I called and went to reception, left messages, no one ever responded. Terrible experience

The accommodation was in a quiet rural setting with stunning views from the full-length windows. The bed was comfy and the room was well-appointed with plenty of bench space and a small table and chairs.

The kitchenette was missing dinner plates but when I spoke to the owner, she assured me this would be sorted.

Good WIFi speed, quiet location, & only 10 mins drive to Torquay.

It was neat and tidy, but definitely a budget chain motel. It's close to the Chocolate Factory and a short drive to Torquay and Bells Beach areas. Some nice places there to visit.

It was old and a bit tired looking. Messy outside and could do with a good tidy up. There was no welcome booklet outlining how to operate aircon, tv, where to find coffee and tea making equipment. Nowhere to put soap/toiletries in shower other than on the floor.

The bed was very comfortable and white sheets were fresh and clean

Not as welcoming as others. No local information available, Some way from any amenities, no shops or restaurants nearby a 10 minuet drive into Torquay needed to eat or drink

It had everything we needed for a one night stay. Nice view over garden. Good location close to Great Ocean Rd and Torquay. Quiet at night.

A little run down in places, i.e. window winders, insect screens.

Clean, comfortable room, good water pressure and hot water. New carpets felt great under foot. Enough cupboard space and good kitchenette with enough glassware and crockery.

Beds were a bit hard. Could have done with a pillow top.

No breakfast provided, but very good facilities for self catering. It was wonderfully clean and quiet - very peaceful location. Very helpful receptionist. Good parking facilities, excellent shower and good hot water. We loved the pure cotton sheets and towels, and BIG towels for once.

The sounds of the sliding door to the bathroom was very grating. And the light outside our door meant we had to wear a sleeping mask. Someone had a yappy dog. Maybe the owner??

Great quiet location close to A Day on the Green at Mt Duneed Estate. Very clean. Friendly owner. Would stay there again for 1 or 2 nights.

The small number of rooms made it feel cosier and it was extremely quiet. The view from all rooms over lovely gardens was a bonus. The host was very friendly and helpful

Good motel on the way to Great Ocean Road, stay there overnight and begin the road trip the next day! Nice view from the room. Basic facilities, but everything you need when it is cold or warm. Room was clean which is important. Communicative and friendly personnel. We were also provided a solution for a late check-in which is a plus.

The room was nowhere near as spacious nor as pristine as the photos indicated. It was slightly on the run down side, all in good order but not as 5 star as I was expecting.

Bed a bit hard for my liking and its quite a long way from the shops etc, no walking there and back,its about 8-10 min drive into the restaurants

I didn't need to do the check in. I arrived late an the housekeeper leave the key under the mat. They were flexible.

Facilities were dirty, specially the bathroom. Photos are far from current status.
