Large modern rooms in lovely surroundings. Friendly staff.

Location

Dead moth on bathroom floor. Cups coming out of the cupboard were still dirtyUnable to unlock door to patio area.

I loved how quiet the resort was and the lovely trees and birds inside the building

The bed was a bit hard, and some of the dishes had crumbs and liquid marks on them

Nice clean resort with spacious apartments

the pool should be heated as the weather isn’t very warm most of the time.

Quiet location

Couldn’t use outdoor area as driving range kept hitting golf balls into it.Floors were not cleaned properly after room serviced.Not enough body soap for shower, had to request more.1 of the cooking hob points didn’t work at all and another wouldn’t heat properly.Bar never opened.Restaurant opened for 2hours only on a SaturdayBreakfast only available on a SundayBeds very uncomfortable

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 2 people and staff was very helpful.

Facilities and services offered is limited. No restaurant, pool not heated and relying solo on own transportation is now what I would expect from a Resort place.

Very open space , good sized rooms, no noise amd wonderdul golf course views

It would have been amazing if the pool was heated atleast for few hours so guest could use it. There was no one in the nice pool which is a shame.

The staff, the room, the inside plantings. It had a great feel all round

Only thing I would change is that it’s not walking distance from the Main Street

A beautiful location if you are a golf enthusiast. Incredible golf course. The golf club served up a lovely breakfast at a very reasonable price.

The apartment was a little tired and needed refurbishment. The TV is only very small with poor sound quality, also the bedrooms are at the front of the apartment and not very sound proof so when people were coming home late the noise of talking and laughing echoed into the room keeping you awake.

Nice setting on gold course, large bathroom.

Rooms very outdated and strong scent of cheap cleaning or room deodorants

I appreciated the heater being on when I arrived as it was a little chilly. The receptionist also let me borrow a phone charger and was very kind about it.

The cafe / restaurant linked to the resort wasn’t open.

Great location in the 13th Beach golf resort precinct.

The overall facilities are tired and worn. The room could have been cleaned better, and it was not great to have poison for vermin on the back patio in a child-friendly area, where it was actually spreading out of the trap onto the patio.

Very comfortable stay in a deluxe 2 bedroom. The room was clean and well stocked with crockery and utensils. Fantastic outlook and could hear the ocean waves all day and night from the balcony.

Great location, great rooms/apartment. After hours check in was easy and appreciated the heater being on for our arrival after dark.

So quiet and clean, rooms were fantastic everyone is so friendly
